I saw this trend and I felt awkward, this is a simple the fact and it hurts me so much, Nigeria is not even in the top ten among the potential countries in Africa to do business. Other African countries are building up there nation and we are here blaming each other. I keep asking myself this question 'will Nigeria ever get better'.

They do not rank us amongst the top ten because of the belief that Nigeria is amongst most insecure in Africa. Even at that, business in Nigeria is not an all time low. Imagine what it would have been like if we appeared very safe to the the world. Imagine what it would be like with constant electricity.

GDP of Ghana is not more than that of Kenya. It's GDP per capita that has Ghana slightly ahead in that aspect. Ghana is 27million(dunno if the so called 5million Nigerians are included) to Kenya's 45, million.

but why can't FG provides us with stable power supply. Look at nuclear reactor the quickest and the easiest way to have stable power supply. I don't think we have one in this country.

Some Kenyans tell me Indians have segregated themselves in their own upper class communities like Parkland and don't interact with other Kenyans aside from business employees, and that they only show their pride in Kenya when they move. You guys claim they are integrated and proud. This isn't a jab and I'm not trying to argue, I just want to know what's the reality.

Bros every country have problems. Stable power is something that makes all of us sad in Nigeria but when I remember all the curse we lay on NEPA everytime they take light makes me believe God listen to all prayers.

Am sure this curse start long before I was born.

Last I checked, Nairobi has been rehabilitating its commuter rail since 2012 and Mombasa is starting this year.The difference is that we do not hype commuter rails.Those belong to the city they are in .The SGR transverses the country.

Tourism almost came to a standstill after Westgate. Infact, it's quite slow right now but the economy is not that shaken.

Kenya has other revenue earning ventures
- horticulture ((flowers and vegetables)
- Tea and coffee
- manufacturing (most consumables in Eastern Africa)
- Textile (clothes made in kenya exported to U.S)
-etc

Ghana generate more from tourism when compared to kenya despite being a regional leader. But if you compare Nairobi and Accra alone Nairobi would win.
