I need someone who is vast in Fx to make me understand why despite nearly $5 billion sustained intervention by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) in the interbank market since February naira could only appreciate by 14NAIRA!!!!!!

Someone will come with economical jargon shortly.

My own opinion is simple...

Corruption.

Saying the Government is clueless is like man talking to a house and like a soldier hitting his head on a barrack wall. What about your predecessor and the successors This Nigerian story of come 2019 or hope of a better government and better candidate to restore back $1 dollar to #1 naira will only continue to be a wishful and elusive dream.

The power is already in the hand of the people as the people are their own real problem as we lukewarmly and jokingly embrace Agriculture. 2019 is soldier go soldier come, If we Dont massively embrace agriculture by 75% of the population by 2019, believe me, even if the best Professor of Economics at Harvard, Yale, MIT and Oxford University becomes the Nigerian President by 2019, The dollar will surely climb to #750 dollar to the Naira, believe me and Mark my words, if PDP were to be in power, the country economy would have been far worse!

The solution to Nigeria is not the party whether PDP, APGA, APC but the solution is the will power for everyone to go back to farming be it on a part time of full time basis as it is in most developed nations as Such as Netherland 80% is into agriculture, Germany is 35% into Agriculture, France is 40% into Agriculture, Italy And Spain are 34% and 36% into Agriculture, Canada is 32% into Agriculture, USA is 52% of its population into Agriculture, Russia is 52% into Agriculture, China and Asian countries are 60% into Agriculture, Brazil is 40% of its population into Agriculture, Kenya is 20% into Agriculture, South Africa is 20% into Agriculture, Ghana is 22% into Agriculture, Cameroon is 23% into Agriculture, Benin is 25% into Agriculture, Ivory coast is 28% into Agriculture , While Nigeria is 3% into Agriculture. This is the reason for famine as it reflects in the average Nigerian Per Capital income and Purchasing Power Parity!!! Let's quit all the economic jargons and political and media grammar and go to farm. from the President to the governors to the last man on the street!

If not, I'm not IMPRESSED

Price of high cost of garri is due to insecurity not dollar

Is FOREX dollars only? According to your limited perspective?

Let me break it down the way I would, to a primary school child.

Foreign exchange rate = an index to measure the health of the economy.

Has he done well in that regard?

PS- i support PMB by the way. But I still don't reason and type like an illiterate. It's not by force to comment when one has nothing sensible to say. Have a nice day.
