Funny enough my baby milk and cereal though kept in the fridge has never had clumps! Remember that the temp of the fridge is what Europeans* would typically hAve as regular temperature for thier environment and they keep baby milk in such climes if you get me!

But maybe it's the supermarket like you suspect!

If you have a dog or cat im sure he'd be glad to consume the milk! cheesy
En en!!! So you put baby powder milk in your fridge? Maybe I should try that. What do you think?

It may be worth trying! Luckily you don't have to purchase a new fridge for this experiment lol

OK... I think u n I have some similarities. I didnt have S. ex all thru pregnancy cos I had placenta previa.
I had my baby via CS n when I went for my 6 weeks appointment, d gynae asked me if I had resumed kpekusing wt dh n I said No...he looked at me seriously and said 'Madam what are u waiting for? ', I said 'clearance'...
He just laughed at me and said I should resume anytime I feel comfortable as long as I don't feel any pain. He said some mamas who had CS don't even wait till 6 weeks.

I summoned courage and resumed 2 months postpartum.
I did my family planning immediately after my first menses Post-delivery (3 months).

Summary of my long story is this..... Don't be scared, penetration may be a bit painful at first cos it's been a while... Just throw in some lubricant and u r good to go.
U r in charge of ur body.... No let fear keep u from enjoying ur do!. grin grin grin

Pls i need gift ideas for my LO's class teachers. Our birthday is on monday and the school has a 'no food' policy. So we have party pack and cupcakes for the classmates. But i feel i need to package something for the class teachers too. What do you think i can give them? They are two.

Cc Zaynie and other mamas experienced in this. kiss

What i usually do is to give them all those souvenirs that look expensive but are relatively cheap. Things like covered glass bowls, fancy mugs, picture frames, etc. Them plenty for Lagos Island.

Since it's the child's birthday, you don't need to give the teacher a gift per se.
Why don't you give a bigger chunk of cake, a pack of juice or drinks and an extra party pack (if they have kids).

Try and go to the hospital. I don't like self medicating.
