Did you read the link that I provided.

Adis Ababa light rail project - 17Km length.

Lagos Light Rail Project - 35Km Length.

Adis Ababa Light rail project - Number of Lines - 2

Lagos Light rail project - Number of Lines - 7

Like I said, there are too many factors to consider before drawing such comparison.

They are two different projects, with different constraints and many differencing factors affecting ting them.

Are you referring to a wrong link?
The link that I posted contained this:

The total length of both lines is 31.6 kilometres (19.6 mi), with 39 stations.

Seen.. Ok what about the difference of funding? Ethiopia is funded by the Federal Government. That of Lagos is funded by the State.

Like I said, too many constraint to be considered my friend.

Too many constraints is the same as too many EXCUSES.
Did the bright, progressive governors of the state of excellence- Tinubu, Fashola and Ambode- not factor in the constraints when they have been giving several completion dates that are postponed each time?
On top of the mega billions that Lagos has, the federal government under Jonathan approved $1 billion loan from the World Bank.
Do you now see why I made reference to the Stockholm syndrome earlier?
