Nigeria is better in virtually everyway than so many tiny countries here in Africa, there is no correlation btwn the size of the country and the level of development. It all narrows down to.......governance. Good and effective governance. Compare China and E. Guinea.

yes at a very minimum extent.using ghana and nigeria as an example. but in seniour high school. The program is design to to meet waec standard for those countries sitting for it.

i know waec do have two options. objective and theory aspect. The objective is the same while the theory are diffrent. Ghana own is not cheaper comparing to nigeria. It only meet the standard requirement for that year. They are at times ghanian wish nigerian questions were for them.

The whole city is to be developed in 4 phases over a period of 20 years so am guessing easch phase is 5 years so phase one is somewhere in 2020..... the project was delayed at first due to a land row between two counties each claimed lapset HQ sits on its side of the border, but all land rows have been resolved and construction started in 2016...

at later stages when it takes of, the constructions of phases will be done concurently depending on the demand and investment
