Why the sudden reversal?

I am tipping UAC-PROP to record one of the highest returns this year. Management has taken a bold decision to venture into retail/residential space against the luxury and commercial segment which is experiencing a downturn. The FGN is focusing on mass housing schemes in many states in the country in partnership with Private investors (the likes of UAC-PROP). The focus will not be on the loss declared in their financial report in achieving this gain.

Focus on what brought you to this thread. He is not the only one that makes claims that the market disregards. In fact, we all do.
