In the build up to USA 94 Nigeria played against Sweden in a friendly kanu featured after the world cup we played against England kanu also played. I'm tired of giving you free history lessons. You claim to be smart the least you could have done was check Google or YouTube before branding me a lie |

Man City Make Check On Bayern Munich's Nigerian Superkid Ezekwem, Dubbed The Next Alaba Published: June 06, 2017 Man City Make Check On Bayern Munich's Nigerian Superkid Ezekwem, Dubbed The Next AlabaBayern Munich's young Nigerian defender Kimberly Ezekwem displayed his skills at the recently concluded Puskás Cup. A representative of Premier League side Manchester City was spotted at the Pancho Arena for the U17 tournament involving the youth teams of Bayern Munich, Real Madrid, Puskás Akadémia, Panathinaikos, Sporting CP and Budapest Honvéd. The Citizens talent spotter was in Hungary to keep an eye on the most outstanding players in the tournament. Ezekwem, a left wing-back who models his game on David Alaba, went the distance in all the matches played by Bayern, and came close to scoring in his team's loss to Panathinaikos. Born June 19, 2001, the highly-rated Ezekwem represented the youth team of 1860 Munich before he joined city rivals Bayern Munich. http://allnigeriasoccer.com/read_news.php?nid=23314 1 Like |

Mikel obi because of his transfer saga in 2005 didn't play almost a year of competitive football yet that didn't stop siasia and eguavoen from picking him for the 2005 u20 and 2006 AFCON squads 1 Like |

I just dey one side dey watch una debate this Osimhen case. I think I was one of the earliest persons that raised eyebrows since last year about this Rohr's romance with Osimhen. Of which he has never made match day squads. Meaning he is making little or no impact in the team. Just drills. I don't have any issues with that. However, from the angle of Rohr preparing him for the future, I'll say ok na we are watching. But he should also not that other teen strikers are coming up like Tammy Abraham and Orji Okonkwo and they also deserve a look-in too. Something like a rotation will do. The forward position is a major place I tolerate rookies. So if Rohr reserves a slot for a 3rd striker who will be a highly rated teen I think it's a good development. After-all qualifier games are typically played with two CF options. 3 Likes |

chrisooblog: Wetin concern me with how many goals he scored for the national team? I am asking, how many goals did he score or how many matches did he play for his club that warranted his call to the national team? Was Kanu a professional Footballer with regular playing time or a newbies like Osimhen with only 2 or 3 (total 50 minutes) matches of club professional league Football before he was invited to the national team? I am not interested in those history of yours because it is inconsequential to the debate, why call Osimhen who only played 3 matches with very few minutes to the national team? 1 Like |

4-2-3-1 or 4-3-3 which of these two formations would u prefer against SA?? For me,the 4-2-3-1 would be good. I wanna see Iwobi playing the no.10 role just behind Iheanacho. Iwobi doesn't play like a typical winger to me |

goldfish80: Kayode is a super talent in a lowly rated Austrian league. If so,then Nwakaeme is equally a super talent...Personally,I rate Israeli league above the Austrian league. He needs to move to a more competitive league like the Netherlands,Belgium or even Russia. If he remains in Austria young bloods like Osimhen and Orji will displace him. 2 Likes |

goldfish80: Should I give a list of stars in the La Liga, EPL, Serie A and Bundesliga for you to understand the gap in the quality of these leagues to Austria? All I am saying is do not make being the top scorer in Austria such a big deal. The competition is far less there. |

OMANBALA1: I will assume you were busy when you typed this. when you are less busy, take a cold water bath to relax your mind then come online and read this stuff you just typed and you will realise how crazy it sounds. Israeli league is better than the Austrian league? can you name four teams in the Israeli league without the aid of Google? and yes, Nwakeme is equally good, why these two guys are left out for players like Oshimen is what we are complaining about |

Mickael2: Pass which point? He said because Austria Vienna beat Roma, we should take the league seriously. I disagree because the point is that the competition in the league for the top goal scoring position is weak. So a team doing well does not change the fact. So please, tell me the point he was passing across that changes the fact that the Austrian leagueis weak. |

I came across the squad list of our *bredas* from the former Gold Coast, I couldn't help but feel pity for them. They really are passing through a rough patch presently. They badly are in dearth of super talents unlike their West African neighbors like ; Senegal, Nigeria, Cote d'ivore et al. Ghana squad Goalkeepers: Richard Ofori (Wa Allstars); Adam Kwarasey (Brondby, Denmark); Felix Annan (Kotoko); Joseph Addo (Aduana Stars) Defenders: Harrison Afful (Columbus Crew, USA); Daniel Amartey (Leicester City, England); Lumor Agbenyenu (Munich 1860, Germany); Daniel Darkwah (Aduana Stars, Ghana); John Boye (Sivasspor, Turkey); Rashid Sumalia (Al Gharafa, Qatar); Nicholas Opoku (B.Chelsea, Ghana); Jonathan Mensah (Columbus Crew, USA); Jerry Akaminko (Eskiserhispor, Turkey); Samuel Sarfo (Liberty, Ghana) Midfielders: Mohammed Abu (Columbus Crew, USA); Afriyie Acquah (Torino, Italy); Isaac Sackey (Alanyaspor, Turkey); Thomas Partey (Atletico Madrid, Spain); Ebenezer Ofori (Stuttgart, Germany); Kingsley Sarfo (Sirius, Sweden); Winful Cobbinah (Hearts of Oak); Yaw Yeboah (FC Twente, Holland); Godsway Donyoh (Nordjaelland, Denmark); Andre Ayew (West Ham, England); Frank Acheampong (Anderlecht, Belgium); Thomas Agyepong (NAC Breda, Holland) Forwards: Asamoah Gyan (Al Alhi, UAE); Jordan Ayew (Swansea City, England); Majeed Waris (Lorient FC, France); Raphael Dwamena (FC Zurich, Switzerland) |

” What do you need to succeed in Europe?, good work ethics, skills, mental strength and focus. Osimhen has it all, he only needs some little bit of fine tuning and body strength. He will be a big hit in Germany just like Iheanacho in England”, he told Owngoalnigeria.com. ” I trained both players at U-17 level, they are different in a way but similar in front of goal. Over the years we have as a nation produced real quality players who can survive in any league, if given the necessary support and training (aka Drills ).”... Emmanuel Amunike. |

TheGoodJoe: What he is saying is simple. Mane came from the Austrian league and took the premier league by storm, I mean Liverpool couldn't win a match without him. Alaba for some is easily the best left back in the game and he came from the Austrian league so that tells me and you that their league is great, he merely used the trashing of As Roma to point out the strength but what you are saying isn't even making sense 2 Likes |

OMANBALA1:Staying in Austria isn't entirely up to him. Transfers don't just happen at the players wish. Certain things need to be in place before a transfer could happen. For instance, being a non EU player with zero caps for the national team could prove to be a transfer bottle neck for him. You have to factor some of these things. 1 Like |
