Chrismario: Seriously it's so annoying at times reading some Craps here in the Name of Argument. I love this Thread, and I couldn't do a Day without visiting, though mostly in ghost Mode. And there is this Attitude of; if you don't believe in my Points, I won't succumb to yours either. I just hope Dudes can argue decently and maturely without calling Names. 1 Like |

Mickael2: I tire. I said the league is weak, so we should take the Nigerian highest in Europe with a pinch of salt. I am not saying Kayode is not a good player. If he was not, Rohr will not call him to camp. |

Oasis007: As I said before and I will say it again. All this is Super Story because both Osimhen and Kayode are invited. At this point, there is no historical preference. It is hard work, focus, determination and perseverance in camp that will decide the pecking order. The coach will decide who fits seamlessly into his system and select the ones he feels are the best for the game. |

Icon4s: I will never forget the hard work and passion the Big Boss gave in reviving our football. The special moments that gave us joy like our draw with Catalunya, the 2-2 draw with Italy and the joy when we took the lead through a wonderful finish from Shola Ameobi. The Mba goal against Cote d'Ivoire was one that made me scream my lungs out. The demolition of Mali at the Afcon and the Mba Afcon winning moment at the Afcon final. Our Miracle comeback against Morocco at the Chan was also memorable. I will always miss the Big Boss. When you talk of Super Eagles, I am Super Eagles...The Big Boss Stephen Okechukwu Keshi. 3 Likes

TheGoodJoe: An unfit Messi will be selected over a fit Dybala for the Argentina National Team any Day any Time regardless of their respective performances in the Training Camp. The Reason is simple; Messi has proven himself with his hyper performances at the Club Level. 1 Like |

Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2025 And 2026 World Cup by TheGoodJoe(m): 9:50am On Jun 07, 2017 |
Oasis007: That is simply not true. Contrary to your view, Messi is amazing in training. Always stands out. Even when unfit he is most likely to Outshine the others. You can watch some of his drills on the training pitch. Sometimes he looks like an alien pulling magical tricks. It is always about the best or close to it. Not sending out wack players in the name of experience. A player might look wack to you but there are attributes the coach considers crucial to the team's success. That is why a player might look poor in training but get picked. 1 Like |

TheGoodJoe: Kayode is a proven Talent in Europe, while Osimhen is yet to prove his Talent. Hence Kayode should be considered over Osimhen regardless to their Performances in the Training. Some Players would shine like Messi in Training but play like Sanogo in the competitive Match. 1 Like |
Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2025 And 2026 World Cup by TheGoodJoe(m): 10:00am On Jun 07, 2017 |
Oasis007: They are in camp now. It is their performances in camp that will decide the most likely to do well. A good example was the nice reports we got from Awaziem during training and it transcended into his performances in the two friendly games. Any other way is gamble. That is why teams camp before matches. |
Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2025 And 2026 World Cup by TheGoodJoe(m): 10:02am On Jun 07, 2017 |
Oasis007: If Kayode's proven talent can not help him do better than Osimhen in training, then the coach has no choice but to select the better performer.

Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2025 And 2026 World Cup by Oasis007(m): 10:03am On Jun 07, 2017 |
TheGoodJoe: And you think if Balogun is around, Rohr would select Awaziem over him?! Why some Dudes are advocating for the Recall of Enyeama? EXPERIENCE! |
Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2025 And 2026 World Cup by Oasis007(m): 10:06am On Jun 07, 2017 |
TheGoodJoe: If Enyeama returns to the SE Camp, will you select Ezenwa over him for a competitive Match, because the Latter outshines him in Training?! 1 Like |
Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2025 And 2026 World Cup by TheGoodJoe(m): 10:06am On Jun 07, 2017 |
Oasis007: No one is calling for Enyeama because of experience. We all know he is BETTER than the other goalies we have. Awaziem after his first camping said he learnt a lot from training with Leon Balogun especially when it concerns dealing with aerial threats and tackling. So, there were things of Balogun that Rohr rated higher than that of Awaziem. |
Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2025 And 2026 World Cup by TheGoodJoe(m): 10:08am On Jun 07, 2017 |
Oasis007: Ezenwa can not Outshine Enyeama in training because he is not better than Enyeama. These drills are in series and clearly shows the better keeper. If Ezenwa outshines Enyeama, it means he is better and he will get my nod. However, it I most likely that he will not Outshine Enyeama in camp. |
Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2025 And 2026 World Cup by Oasis007(m): 10:13am On Jun 07, 2017 |
TheGoodJoe: But we didn't know Kayode, who we were fortunate to watch and follow his Exploits in Europe, the best Player as well as the Golden Boot Winner in Austria League for the just concluded Season, is BETTER than Osimhen. 3 Likes |
Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2025 And 2026 World Cup by Oasis007(m): 10:17am On Jun 07, 2017 |
TheGoodJoe: There was a Time it was reported that Alampasu outshone the rest of the Keepers in the Camp, yet he couldn't get the Nod of Rohr. Besides what makes a Person better in his Field of Practice?! If it's not Experience, then what?! |
Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2025 And 2026 World Cup by TheGoodJoe(m): 10:18am On Jun 07, 2017 |
Oasis007: You have not watched Osimhen to know how good he is. You have watched Kayode and judging from one view. Unlike Rohr who has his strategy and will screen both players. So he is in the best position to choose who is better. |

Oasis007:LOL...i have also been linked to be a Mikel hater albeit subtly. sometimes I screen some comments to quote so as not to be labeled a hater in which I detest so much. This thread has been educative so far that sometimes I talk like goldfish, Goodjoe, the two icons and even bascovanveli despite the fact that I played the game so well in my prime. when some folks talk about the npfl I remember my friend olajengbesi. Anyway Funlord2 is always welcome to this thread, Infact I see him as my Rabbi. |

TheGoodJoe: I have not watched Osimhen because his Progress was hampered by Injury and when he returned, it was on the Bench. Therefore, how are we so sure he's not match rusty?! How are will so certain he's fit and deserves the Call up! He should have been allowed to go on Holiday to recuperate better and fully prepare for the next Season. |

Oasis007: Iheanacho as a Seventeen years old did better than most experienced City players during City's American tour. He was not as experienced as the older players but he was better. So experience in no way means better. 1 Like |
