If Biafra wants south south then they have to change the way they are going about it because it seems it is by force or they have taken the south south for granted that they don't have any option after all the north controls the oil in the south south by owning the oil wells.
While the Nigerian government on the other hand only has to promise the south south restructuring with true federalism that's to say all states use your resources to take care of your state including states with oil then the south south will happily remain in Nigeria.
