my baby just passed thru this couple of weeks.......
you will need to determine if his breathing is laboured or he is finding it difficult to breath with only his mouth.
my DS was breathing like he has stuffy noise but nothing was coming out, i was applying menthol to his nose and chest but it did not improve, (long story short) took him to see a Pead and he was diagnose for Bronchitis (Pneumonia / cold) , we were on admission for weeks and it finally cleared.
now i ignore his sweats and ensure he is well covered always and eats warm food.

just try to mob him (ribs, chest and nose) with hot water after bath and ensure he is well covered especially in this cold weather.

Since I no sabi am, my own is just to cut back on the size of my semo biko.
It's also why I said I freestyle. I don't eat according to what is on the list. My progress is very slow and it's not showing on the scale, but I've lost a few inches here and there

Also me and you dey the from size 8 to 10/12 category. Although I wear 14 for trousers sef cos my bum and hips became almost double. My target is 10 sha. Size 8 isn't a good look for me, I used to look hungry

he's good but since he started crawling, na wahala we dey for house. he only rests when he is sleeping. when i'm at work, i call almost every hour to make sure he is being watched closely.
