From application guidelines, it says a Nigerian, resident in any of the participating states and that's why I applied..... But getting the certificate of indigenization is from the lga you applied with,..... Mine is bwari area council, it's not free.... Am charged 10,000 still negotiating.

Which Local Government are you talking about? Is it that of state of origin or state of residence

I really don't think there's any difference between certificate of origin and certificate of indigenization, apart from English
