I don't know if you realized that those who got visa ain't qualified but their prayer got them qualified.

If you can't prayer leave those who are praying and everyone are running their race.

I never expect you to say every member because that just assumption because i stand to be corrected not every member wanted to be US citizens..

So why can't your prayer turn Nigeria into the country you seek to run away to? If all Americans did was "pray", i can guarantee you would not be struggling so hard for their visa.

Prayer is good, but Nigerians have completely abused the concept. Praying has become the get-out-of jail card for a lackadaisical society whose currency is corruption.

I think and believe that some of us needs to stop this Pharisee and scribes characteristics here.

Everyone with his/her own cross and I haven't seen anyone here who is willing to help others to carry his/her cross.

cheesy cheesy cheesy You can pray from now till tomorrow, it will have no impact on a US VO if you are not qualified for the visa. If it was by prayer, every member of winners chapel, mountain of fire and redeemed would be US citizens today.

I don't answer prayers but He who does will do it when no one will ask him to do.

Check the history of American generations you are talking about like many years ago and you will realized that they prayed more than us. Imagine a country with motto IN GOD WE TRUST do you think it was last 2-5 generations did that for the country?

When the past American generations are busy praying when working and serving God, Our funny forefathers who didn't serve God are busy practicing idolatry and it is still happening up till now. Thank God for little prayers some few people did.

God is just looking all all of us that he created and it is because He is merciful if not you and I won't even be talking or arguing about prayer here.

Nigeria foundation is faulty and sorry to say Nigeria was formed via fraudulent plans by the colonial masters then (source; There was a country by Chinua Achibe) and I agreed with that man view.

@bold- I wonder why you referring to only me while you are also guilty of the crime. My question is are saint on this because I knew that everyone here never plan to come back to naija and settle as back.

My visa was approved on Wed, when should I be expecting to hear from them for passport collection. Because I really need to leave Lagos...

lol i've been lazy of recent but this weekend might be a good time to start up - great weather!

FYI - for those seeking to come to the US, i can't recommend the northeast enough. Texas is way overrated... the weather is like being in Lagos all over again.

Good afternoon you all. Please I have just a few bugging questions. The first is... I had a 3rdClass (BSc) then went for a PostgraduatDiploma in same field as my first degree (graduated with a good grade). Can I apply for an MSc in US.
Thank you Fam.

If you don't want to pray keep it to yourself ..Don't come here to discourage others who believe in God and the power of prayer..Prayer changes everything i can testify to that anytime, anywhere and any day

With the amount of "God", "grace" and all the other religious mumbo jumbo i read here... one would almost confuse this thread to be a church service of some sort. That makes me wonder, for a country that is so religious, why is it so poor and corrupt?

Yes you can still do a masters.... your GPA from your BSC will be low but what can help is taking GRE or GMAT (whichever is applicable ) to help and then aiming for schools that can accept within your GPA range ....

Your interview reminds me of a guy that was asked about mitosis. Questions like this do come up once in a while. If a physics graduate can't state the laws of motion, then why should he go to grad school?
Congratulations! I hope others can learn from this?
