dingbang: The transaction limit without token initially was 50,000. This made a lot of people including me to apply and be issued a hard token at a cost of N2,000 plus. Not long after, FirstBank now reviewed the daily limit to 500k, making the expensive token to be next to useless for many. Why is the token not returnable and the charge reversible?? 1 Like |

Propene:@propwne have you seen the new gtbank app, GTworld...you need to get it, it's a more improved version of the former gtb app. you dont need to save beneficiary anymore except you wish to. do you know you can also receive western union money using the GTworld and also if your smart phone is the high tech type you can use your finger print as password instead of typing the digits.....so more features i can't detail now..just download the GTworld and get a feel of the app...am an ambassador of Gtb so take me for my words. thumbs up to firstbank as well 1 Like |

AleeDee:answering your first question, I would advise you to visit any first bank branch and lodge your request. But the thing is that even if you have 5 accounts..which are savings, it will automatically display on your first mobile app. Have you downloaded the new app sir? |
Re: A Nairalander Explains First Bank Mobile Banking in Practical Steps. by dingbang(m): 12:22pm On Jun 10, 2017 |
Ayiose:it means that you didn't type your card number correctly.. After typing, please click on that eye symbol just after the box provided to input the ATM card number so that it will display the numbers visible to you so you can crosscheck if you typed in the correct numbers. |
