I'll be very direct so as not to waste time. I invite constructive criticims and intelligent comments only.

First of all, let me say that I admire the Igbos a lot.
I am a Yoruba man, yes "Ofe Mmanu" as the Igbos like to taunt us grin but I have so many Igbo friends and the Igbos are no doubt, very industruous and hard-working.

Based on the constant noise on social media since the upspring of Radio Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu's arrest, his recent release and the recent issuance of ultimatum to Igbos residing in the northern part of Nigeria, it has become personally imperative for me to air my view on the recent happenings in the country as a well meaning citizen. . .

1. While I resent the ultimatum issued against the Igbos by Arewa youths, one cannot deny that it is due to the constant cry by IPOB and MASSOB members for the creation of Biafra. We even saw recently how a cow was given to Nnamdi Kanu and the gifters named it Buhari, the namr of the President of Nigeria.

Based on the number of comdemnation coming from Northrern elders and politicians like Ablusalami Abubakar, Atiku, El Rufai, against the Arewa-issued ultimatum to the Igbos residing in the north, one can assume that the North is far more politically upright in comparison to the South East. Reason?
Where were the Igbo Elders when Nnamdi Kanu was issuing threats to the unity of this country and calling the country a zoo and Nigerians animals?
Instead, after his incarceration, he was tagged a hero and was met with visits from Igbo who's whos and celebrities like Jim Iyke who was spotted sharing Kolanut as though he was in a family meeting.

The Igbos will fail to caution their own people from negative sayings and actions but will always be quick to play victims when things go against them. That's national blackmail.

2. The second issue I want to point to is the issue of the Igbos disrespecting their hosts. I remember what happened to the Igbos in Akure regarding the issue of Eze Ndigbo and Deji of Akure. It is only the Igbos that will go outside of the South East, complain of marginalization, and still try to disrespect their hosts, without anybody issuing any warnings to them. They've done this everywhere else in the world, you have Eze Ndigbo with a crown everywhere in Nigeria but you don't have Oba Oodua or Emir of Arewa anywhere in the South East. Yet the Igbos will never look at their own faults but are always quick to point fingers to other people.

3. The Igbos, as history has taught us, are always running from their problems instead of confronting it. The problem of the South East today, many Igbos will chorus it out as "political marginalization", which no doubt owes it foundation to the ever inner-lying intention of the igbos for Biafra as Igbos have always been seen as secessionists. Rochas Okorocha today is referred to as Okoro Hausa because he doesn't believe in divisionism, Igbos within their sub-regions are also not united. Imo doesn't like Anambra, all other Igbo tribes hate Ebonyi and this is the truth that no Igbo man can deny. Some will even swear that they can never marry from another Igbo sub-tribe talk less of marrying "Nwa Yoruba or Aboki"

To round it all up, I'd say "Charity Begins At Home". When the Igbos successfully diagnose their own problems instead of running helter skelter, the light of the South East will shine brighter.

You see? Another one of the bad eggs amongst the Igbo tribe. The truth is always an acid to the skin of war mongers. I wonder if someone like you can ever make it in life. That's how some of you will insult a Yoruba or Hausa man who God has destined to help you. . .

And your brethren didn't kill anyone of them right?
The way Germans followed Hitler was the way Igbos followed Ojukwu and they were defeated, stop blaming Nigeria for its victory. Blame your leader.

If you want to leave the country, go to Cameroun or Ivory coast and tear your Nigerian Passport. You're not thw voice of the Igbo majority. Until people like Obi of Onitsha begin to speak, IPOB and MASSOB are jokes.

Ahhhh really? But Hitler was fighting to conquer other people, Ojukwu was fighting to free his people from your Hausa/Fulani controlled Nigeria.

Look, I know Lord Lugard told you Nigerians that we are all one (right after he basterdised you all by naming you after a common River) but it is not true. The sooner you people accept their is no 'one Nigeria', the better.

Dont worry about the Obi of Onitsha, Biafra is about the wishes of the majority, not the wishes of any one man.

4:20, 5.30, 8:00. If you watch the entire video you will see the speech is more about the north's determination to secede then appropriate Igbo properties in the north.

Free them from what? Were they being imprisoned or killed? Were they slaves?

Stop displaying stupidity and embrace the truth, Biafra was about Ojukwu's show of power than any agitation. Oil was discovered newly down-south and the thief tried to corner it. Some of your people died and that was it, not all these emotional nonsense you're talking about.

You do not represent the Igbo majority, speak for yourself alone. Since you're tired of the country live in your South East and never leave there even for business or betterstill travel out to another country and let's have peace.

If a true poll is created today, 90% of Igbos will vote to remain. Those of you shouting have never crossed river niger before. Let's hear word!

I actually restrained myself from telling you that you're an ediot.

But the truth is that you are grossly ignorant and mischevous, thus you did not know the following:

1. Alhaji Adebayo Azeez, is Oba of Yorubas in Abia since 2010
Read more at: http://www.vanguardngr.com/2010/05/yoruba-in-abia-appoint-monarch/

2. At no time, in the history of this country, has the Igbo masses threatened or expelled non-igbo Nigerians from the South East.

Both the Youruba and Housa have done both to igbos REPEATEDLY.

3. If you don't desist from your anti-igbo madness - like creating this type of insane threads on Nairalandand or elsewhere - you will have to deal with a billion more kanus, only that they will be angrier and rougher.

4. The era of taking your collective idiosyncracies silently is long gone. This time, one show of hate will return to you a thousand fold darker hate than you showed.

So 90% of Igbos would vote to remain Nigerians? Really..you should have said 98% na...lol

I admit that my people are a loud and proud people.

However, when was the last time you heard Igbo clash with their "host" as you say?

Was it Igbo who clashed with Yoruba in your holy city of Ife? The answer is no, it was Hausa.

Who kidnapped a Yoruba chief? Was it Igbo, no it was Fulani herdsman.

Let me ask was it Igbo in the Middle Belt razing villages? The answer is no.

So tell me what have the Igbos done? Most Igbos go about their business and do not disturb anyone.

The Oba of Lagos even threatened to drown my people in the Lagoon for supporting another Yoruba he dislikes. You people have some nerve to continue to open up threads about the Igbo.

The only reason why you single out the Igbo and not other groups is because you perceive us to be weak and can be used as a scapegoat.

But the days of Igbos being used as a punching bag is no more.

Anyone can come up with a concept, but tell me, where in the article does it show they're truly affiliated with an Umbrella body like Afenifere?

1. That's a huge scam cos the Yorubas don't recognize them. Your own Eze Ndigbo is under the umbrella body of Ohanaze Ndigbo and there are Ezes everywhere, I mean everywhere! Not this one that you went to search the internet for a sham supporting article. undecided

2. You Igbos are anti-yourselves just like I highlighted before. Charity begins at home. If your people start any civil unrest in the country and end up getting treated like Boko Haram, don't come here to complain.

Do you see these people opening up threads about the North that openly disrespect them and their mere commissioner?

Say the truth, Igbos have been speaking in an uncouth manner of recent and it's starting to irritate everyone who has shown you love. Hausas are not as peaceful as the Yorubas, hence the ultimatum issued by Arewa youth. Stop threathening everyone with secession cos you don't even know the fundamentals of starting a new country. It's easier said than done.

You complain of marginalization, how many developments do you find in the South west apart from Lagos, a former capital? Same thing with the North, all Nigerians are marginalized. The political class is the problem of this country and as intelligent as the Igbos are, they're not seeing this.

You called out the Igbo and now you will get an answer.

Let me ask you again, what have the wider Igbos done to disturb their "host" even though we are supposed to be Nigerians?

The Igbos in the North and West do not even really follow IPOB like the ones in the East. They practice One Nigeria better than any other group which I think is foolish.

I am from the East, we just want to be left alone. I can't speak for my brothers and sisters who were raised outside the East.
