Gunmen suspected to be kidnappers have reportedly abducted the Registrar, Delta State Polytechnic, Ogwashi-Uku, Mr Collins Ossai Onyenwenu. It was learnt that the Onyenwenu was allegedly ambushed by arms wielding gunmen at about 4pm on Saturday along Ugiliamai/Onitcha-Ukwu road in Ndokwa East Local Government Area of the state.

The victim who was driving in a Toyota Camry was reportedly ambushed by the hoodlums and whisked from his car into a waiting car and driven in another car to unknown destination.

let them return the vehicle to the family. before you hear that it has been collected as "evidence" and that is the end.

This man is probably broke and staged his kidnap to milk his relatives or he is just a terrible driver.

If u av ever travelled thru some roads/towns in Delta state,u wud just come out with the impression that those places were purposely built or unbuilt for kidnappers and robbers:long stretches of good/semi good roads running into several kilometres with vast expanses of bushes or forests both sides.
Its a scary site to drive thru and a place one can easily be kidnapped,robbed or even killed with no one to render any form of help.Can scare one out of his/her bones.Registrar took a double big risk driving alone and is paying an unfortunate price for it.
