I am very disappointed in shoptomydoor service, the first time I ever used your service I didn't have so much stress like this, I've am item in my warehouse and I got a mail that there is inconsistencies in the invoice and I should provide a proof that the item were actually paid for in 7 days hence they would be taking into the fraud department, I got this mail on Monday 27 march, and immediately I summited the requirement, I got another asking me to upload the credit card and ID card the purchase was made with, and I have also done so, the email response is very slow, right now I'm waiting for my email to be responded and it's almost 4 days gone when I've only 7 days to do this, shoptomydoor email service is very slow in treating this, I called the phone numbers and got a response that the customer service department can't handle that request and the department in charge will do so, is this how shoptomydoor has decided to waste the 7days I was given? Im stun Im so sad I really wish I saw all these negative comments before patronising shoptomydoor. My experience with them was so terrible... they gave a delivery date they didn't even come close to making (still haven't received my package). They were not even aware of the situation, and were so unremorseful and unprofessional about the whole thing. Terrible customer service and terrible service generally. Big shame

Your delivery is still crappy. Ordered for items since October, chose sea freight, it’s still not been delivered.
To add salt to injury, two of the items were stolen/ misplaced and shop to my door is refusing to replace because the value of the items have gone up by $5 (combined o, not $5 each).
Is it my fault that you guys were negligent? Should you not be concerned about customer satisfaction instead of being petty by asking for $5 from me? Why don’t you close the gap in your company that allows for items to get missing instead of spoiling your rep?
Finally, I heard that even if I pay the additional $5 to replace the items, you guys will ship by sea. That means that it would take another 4 months or so to get the items, making a total of 7 months for items I had paid 6pm for!!!!!!!

Now what you do with it afterwards should not be the users concern.

I provide a service to people ànd 90% of it,paypal ask me for invoice.it is my duty to get any legit proof my users got but in a well presentable way

I knew there was a problem in UNIT NG26740 when the first item, a dog bed cover cloth (without the foam stuffing) was updated onto my warehouse and I was charged $30+ to ship. By the time the rest of my things where updated I saw that between shipping directly from Amazon and of sending to shoptomydoor, then they billing me for them to ship, there is only a $20-$30 difference. It’s obvious that shipping cost are calculated individually then summed together and there is no 80% reduction on consolidation as claimed. What a waste of time that I don’t have. I should have just used Amazon shipping. Now my bill is way over the $100 limit that I can’t use my Mastercard.
I called customer care but I got their usual recycled response of chargeable weight and dimensional weight. The best he could suggest was to split the shipments or I ship by sea which will take 6-10weeks but NO idea when the ship will be ready to depart. The items are not for me and to think that it was my boasting about shoptomydoor that got me into this mess.
Now you would be fortunate if your items get uploaded to your warehouse in 48hours. In addition to increased update time, they have decreased free storage from 21days to 14 days to take effect from the 6th March, excuse being need to create sufficient space to receive more items as they arrive. More space? When people are not shipping as they used to.
I’ve been using shoptomydoor for at least 3-4years and I used to boast about their services but now once I get out of this one, I have huge doubts about using them again.

PLEASE, anyone with a good alternative shipping company should let me know. Abeg ooo

I paid for spiment of my items since September 13, 2018. They said my items will arrive 6-8 days. They gave me 25th Sept as delivery date. Afew daters to 25th, they shifted the date to 27th. On 27th of September, I inquired about my shipment, they shifted the date again to October 5. On October 5, inquired again, no meaningful response. Today is 8th October, almost one month and I have not received my shipment still.

Hello who ever is behind the computer, responding on behalf of shoptomydoor. I have very serious trust issues with you people. I would have loved to make this complain to a very very senior management in your company, but let me leave the complain with you in the hopes that it will be passed on to them. This is the second time I will be shipping with shoptomydoor and on both occasions, I felt defrauded. For the first shipment, I was told I didn't include my unit number in my shipping address when actually I did. I was charged over 10dollars extra for that despite the fact that I provided evidences (my invoice and proof of delivery from UPS) to confirm I did include my unit number in my shipping address. On my second shipment, the weight of my order was as recorded on my dash board was inflated by a whooping 150% and the chargeable weight was inflated by over 300%. UPS had provided the weight of my order on the proof of delivery as 1LBS. 2.5LBS was recorded on my dashboard and 4.14LBS was used for my chargeable weight. MY question is can your measurements be more accurate and reliable than that of UPS?
If you are reading this message please know that I have long lost confidence in your services and I won't hesitate to switch allegiance the moment I get an alternative.
