Very beautiful place. I schooled there. We have ancient part of the city, just like any historical city around the world, which is what detractors call brown roof. The modern part is amazingly beautiful with a lot of modern infrastructures. There are areas you can drive through for 2 - 3 hrs and you will think the whole city is a GRA. Food, excellent. There are several places where you can eat nice food, and very very cheap. Whenever I travel to my state, I usually stop over in Ibadan to enjoy their meals before continuing my journey. It's a good place to retire to. 5 Likes |

If you tell me that it is not been well managed I can believe you but that it is not a five star hotel. I have been to concord hotel you mentioned nothing special to premier hotel. There was a time they are also renovating concord hotel because of bad management. It is located in Imo state at New Owerri side. My office is very close to that area. I served in Owerri in 2005 and of 2014 and 2015 I visited my zonal for an important event. |
