please I need your advice. My wife works in a school as a teacher but she is been paid by hand and she is the PA.

what documents do we need to present to justify her work experience. though, the school is more than ready to provide the necessary employment reference letter and her employment letter is equally available. your advice is highly required. Thanks

It says work permit doesn't it? What kind of open work permit? Is it Spousal? I think I should also point out that it's ok if your "friend" is you.

419 things ooo. Don't fall for it! Nigeria is not on the list of countries entitled to Canadian work visa if you don't get a job prior to applying. Abeg run

Yes, she can. As long as you can show that you are his closest living relative( you'll show your parents death cert for that)

An open work permit is for people already working in Canada who have applied for permanent residency but their current visa (either post graduate work permit or work permit) will expire before their PR application is approved. This means you can't apply for it if you are outside Canada. You can search for 'bridging open work permit" on the CIC website

You guys are forgetting the (POC). Power of Collaboration. 5 of you can come together. (Make sure una trust each other well o and know una houses. This line of advice is 100% built on trust and background check)

So five of you bring 1m each. You bounce the 5 million around una accounts. It gives you transaction volume. Mr A prints statements, and then u bounce around again, Mr B Prints…..

Let me share my IQAS timeline with you, maybe you will be able to work yours out
Application documents sent by me was received on May 6, acknowledgement came on May 26
Transcripts sent by school was received on May 24, acknowledgement came on June 8
Its really taking a long time for them to acknowledge receipt these days, so you need to wait. Calling them won't also make any difference at the moment. The ladies on the phone are really nice and courteous, but they are not much help. Just relax.

Its good to leave it for 6months. if there's a lump sum transferred to your acct its good to give some explanation.

In addition to her employment letter and a reference letter stating how much she is paid and the fact that it is in cash, you can add her account statement showing where she banks her salary after collecting. Of course as a skilled, experienced working professional, she wont have been keeping her cash salary in her matress so you can preempt the Visa Office request for her bank statement and present about 6 months statements showing the money she pays in and the POF for the family. This will go a long way to put the review officer at ease and put you in a good place with the application.

Takes like 63-70 days to pass medicals now, so you are still in order

I think they respond by email now but you'll still have to go to exams and records or main aud to get them to do it and pay like 1k or sumn ridiculous
