Jonathan sold most of these Electricity distribution companies to his political cronies that have no financial or technical clouts to handle the companies. Emeka Offor is a useless investor that has not add any value to that EEDC since he was given by Jonathan 55 Likes 5 Shares |

simplycarro:Excuses don't solve problems.there could always be a solution, even if it means revoking the licenses as the last resort. This Administration has spent more time reminding us of the inadequacies of the previous administration, but they have failed in all ramifications to provide a solution. Fashola, thank you so much. Those enugu lawmakers are just jealous that an Anambra man owns and controls EEDC. EEDC is doing very fine in the southeast, with the only exception being the issue of deployment of pre-paid meters which is a contentious issue nationwide. 15 Likes 3 Shares |

Travel out to other states and you'll respect Igbos. Igbos don't pupu with poo as your people do.... So which region is cursed now? 72 Likes 5 Shares |

Angry? Everyday I read the news there must be exaggerated headlines to attract readers and create room for bashing. Fashola only pointed out that the same Enugu govt that passed No vote of confidence on EEDC is owing the company a whole N2.3b of unpaid bills. That's all 31 Likes 1 Share |

Ronaaldo: Oga, stop being sentimental. EEDC is the worst of all the discos despite enjoying one of the most active Gencos in the country. Power generation is above average from the Gencos but EEDC has failed to transmit to the end users; deliberately rejecting power generated so it won't pay for it, but billing it's customers based on estimation. In such doing, they don't pay for power from the Gencos but still make money from the customers since they don't give prepaid metres. Stop this your Anambra politics and see things as they are. No one hates on Emeka Offor but it is obvious GEJ used the EEDC to settle him. His company is incompetent and in saner climes, the FG would have revoked his licence. But if that is done now, you start shouting that the FG is marginalizig the igbos, no longer that Enugu hates Anambra. 44 Likes 5 Shares |

MaziOmenuko:It is you and your fellow Wawa lawmakers that are sentimental. You still haven't gotten over the defeat that your clearly greedy and incompetent brother Nnaji suffered in the hands of Emeka Offor. Yes, Emeka Offor, not Arthur Eze that bitterness made you to confuse for Offor. EEDC is doing very well and it is only enugu people that are complaining just because your failed governor cannot pay his light bills. Prepaid meter is a nationwide issue affecting all DISCOs not just EEDC. 7 Likes |

Ronaaldo:Mr just shut up and stop playing your useless tribal politics here. Which EEDC is doing well? FYI, I'm from Anambra and it's the same story. EEDC is the worst performing Disco company. Don't bring your childish tribal politics here, we are talking something serious. Emeka Offor is more of a brother to me but his EEDC company is not doing well simple 18 Likes |

saintandsinnerz:Wawa man, face bush. EEDC is doing very well in terms of power supply. The only issue they have is estimated billing/lack of pre-paid meter, which is a nationwide problem affecting all DISCOs. Tell your failed governor to pay his light bills so that EEDC can serve Enugu state better. The laziness of wawa people will not be allowed to hold EEDC down. 3 Likes |

Ronaaldo: Yes, Emeka Offor. No, your myopic mind makes you think I'm from Enugu! Shallow ar'se. You think it's only Enugu people that knows Emeka Offor runs an incompetent EEDC just because he got it on a platter of gold. Anyway, no need to engage you any longer. Continue your ethnic dellusion, since the tribal dellusion isn't profiting you anymore. 14 Likes 1 Share |

MaziOmenuko:You have nothing in your brain, so get lost. Your failed governor of enugu state doesn't pay his light bills but he wants to be given light. Only the people of enugu state are complaining about EEDC and we know why. Instead of your incompetent governor to work on his poverty-controlled people, so that they can afford light bills, he still expect the rest of igboland to carry them. What kind of laziness is this? 6 Likes |
