Dont give people false information.

Roles can only be filled up once people assume the job role which is only after selection process has ended not in the interim.

At this stage, any mail you get is simply auto reply.

I don't think so. What did you study? Because they said you will be matched according to your skill set not necessarily to the role you picked except if your particularly interested in a role you have to state it in your cover letter. I noticed some of the roles in the application portal are not even the role available for Nigeria. For example trainee project Engineer is not there and its among roles available how will you select it when it's not there in the application portal does it mean it has been filled?

What if one mistakenly choose 2 disciplines that are not listed in the Roles available for Nigerian application? Like data management and research & development. Does it mean he will be disqualified on the long run?

there is a caveat on that section, it advised that you carefully choose a role and country you are apply from.

Just did the online assessments, I think they were OK..the time was just OK for each section. I've not had time to do them since completing my application 3 days ago. This year seems different from others (a more reason why i decided to apply).
The On demand interview, I've done some practice and person fit cast easily if unprepared, so i go try do that one on friday or saturday. I cannot come and be looking like tsuegbe when asked how I intend to change the world

Me I just applied today n submitted. They sent d progress mail explaining all I need to do in d next stage. N they said I have just ten days after receiving d mail else my application will be withdrawn. God na ur hand I dey

Yea. If I were U, I wud do mine within 3 days of receiving it. I believe from research I did. They have 2 weeks to reviewing all applications after deadline.

Facts i found out about shell new process. The love letas one have bn receiving is an auto reply mail based on ur demand video. The real assessment is done by shell recruiters who evaluate u with all tests coupled together. But at most, ur CV is the key to final stage. They will 1st look out ur career history or work experience, hw long u stayed in a role. 2nd, ur skills as partner to the role u applied. 3rd, ur education & certificates. 4th, ur hobbies/interests, especially not to mention "reading." Those sections are where they require the "leader" in u/us. Just saying based on my research so far.

It doesn't work like that, you are just simply being afraid.

You have 10 days after successful submission to complete your test, preferably within the first 5 days.
It was even acknowledged in the auto reminder that they are aware of your busy schedule(s); do not forget you have peeps applying from a remote location or in transit due to their current job demands, how could you place an application process as priority over an already obtained employment, hence, you have the 10 days grace period.

There are better ways to access CARs, not this one. A befitting example is the regular FTC squad on nairaland who are always the first to complete the task of posting on a thread on homepage, most of the times they have virtually nothing to say on the subject matter .

Can you boast of being the first applicant to successfully submit an application when asked during the interview about your capability towards completing a task?

Speaking generally, i have noticed the fear culture from Nigeria trained graduates, it is always a case of searching out a loop hole where a lecturer(recruiter) can harm the student (applicant).

Yes, the advert said otherwise, however, as at the time of your post, the expiry date has been changed on the website which makes your statement wrong for public consumption.
