It depends on your area! when I'm in ikeja the network will be very fast but when i get home it'll be slow,except I use it by 3:am........do you need it sir?

You guys are getting this whole age ish wrong.not more than 21 at the time of entry means u should not have passed ur 21st birthday before getting admitted.that means if u are 21and even a second you are out.in other words,if u are born between September and December, u still have a chance because u will still be 20.talking from experience. I stand to be corrected tho.
