We dey follow una for back, it is quite sad that I had a poor result in the ielts we did on May 25th..LRWS.. 6.5,6,7.5,7....am still surprised about the reading aspect... I am intending to write another one in July. This is my questions, I intend to buy Tbills with my proposed POF, that money has been sitting in that account for long, I want to make money from it.. My question is thus.. 1) if I buy Tbills with the POF what evident can I use to proof that the POF is mine and not arranged..i understand some banks doesn't give Tbills Cert again. I intend to use Stanbic 2) I transferred the money from Bank A which is my major acc to Bank B because I didn't want to blow the money, now I want to transfer it to Bank C for Tbills purpose because of high interest rate. When the time comes to show POF, will I need to submit all the 3 banks acc statements to show how I got the money Pls house I need answers to these questions so I can prepare for when I will need to show the POF.. |

Feygbe: The original receipt you got when you purchased the asset is proof that it was yours. The receipt you issued when you sold that asset evidences you have sold it. These are a starting point then other documents that are obtainable include certificate of ownership, proof of transfer of ownership, bill of sale etc 3 Likes |

Good Day People, I'm New here and i need to have a detailed understanding of what the process is about before applying for the express entry program. I am 21 years old and a Lawyer by profession. My overall IELTS result was 8.5 and i have a spouse/partner (25 years). She is a biochemist. We both graduated about the same time and got a low paying job. The economic situation in Nigeria is a reason for this. We both have two years of work experience with a Net income of 50k naira monthly each, averaging about 600k Naira a year per person. However we plan to show we have financial sustenance of CAD 15k through our Fixed Deposit Certificate. Oh I didn't mention that my cousin is a permanent resident in canada and this was how he processed his (The Fixed Deposit Certificate). By calculation, our CRS score is about 455 (Maybe Above). My questions are: 1. Is it better i apply alone or with my spouse? 2. Would it be a problem on how our salary doesn't translate to what we have in the fixed deposit? Is my monthly salary too little? Is it a justification for issuance or denial? 3. Is the fixed deposit the best way to go about this? or we get a notarized gift deed? 4. What is the Best advise you have for us on this? |

Faky201: Of course you should be prepared to evidence the source of the funds. The fact that you are routing it from someone to wife to PA may raise questions though so be prepared with a good explanation if they ask to know the origin of the funds. LOE does not always answer the concern of the reviewing officer, you should prepare adequate explanation and evidence of source. |

My transcript was forwarded to wes by my school. Wes replies that it is not accepted as it was not sent by the institution. This is untrue as I was not involved in sending it. Didnt even.sight it. What can I do please? |

coconuthead: I don't understand why they would say that though. Maybe you should also check with ur school. Additionally, if you have evidence like receipt of payment to d school for d transcript, a copy of ur application for d transcript etc, u can try stating ur case wit dem. |
