he'll count it if we don't confess or forsake our sins but he wouldn't when we cover our sins. That is what the book of proverbs 13:28 says; He that coverest his sin shall not prosper, but whosoever confesseth and forsaketh them shall have mercy.

Our God his a merciful God but we shouldn't take him for granted with deliberate sins. He's always willing to forgive us our sins if we confess them. He will never forgive us if someone offends us and we fail to forgive that person, because we also offend him with our sins.
