I bought this SHARP 32" TV BRAND NEW but I'm now very disappointed. I took this snap shots with my camera to give you a view on how it is currently displaying images. Sometimes, when I switch it off and restart it shows OK, then after a while (10-30 minutes), the madness starts and it distorts the images as shown below:

Please what's your diagnosis and how much will it cost me to fix. Thanks

NB: The central white char is a reflection of the flashlight from the camera

Its a small fault, it from the screen lens and can be done by making the lens firmly head to the panel. Tho u can also replace the screen.

I can say that from the images above, it may be a panel problem. But if it's not then it's a phenomenon called "freezing" and can be resolved by a skilled technician as it's screen related. Though if it's freezing then it will be a permanent effect any time you put on the TV. Since it's brand new and under warranty I would advise you take it to there service center for prompt solution. Thanks

In addition to what Acunon said, You can do the initial connection to a wireless router via cable, download the LG smart App for your phone (hopefully you have a smart phone), setup the wifi on the tv, and then switch to wireless.

Please how much is the screen? How much is charged to replace the screen (workmanship) Make I know how to dey prepare.Then I hope a new screen comes with its own backlight?Thanks

It's more than 1 year (about 2yrs and some months) it's obviously past warranty cover. Cant you fix it?

I would have actually preferred 25K, but as I don't want too much hassles from NL guys, I just put it at 20K. It was bought brand new mind you, not tokunbo. A brand new of this type now is around 90k or more. So how will you get it for 15K, haba?

Sorry for the loss, the screen is 85k and it doesn't Come with the Backlight sir. You can easily buy the back light as it's sold at 7k. Thanks
