These are games if you ask me. I mean, this type of shows are done sometimes in a year without effective results to show. As an ex-member of one of the highlighted groups, i was loyal to my sect with pride and lead with dignity; all because i didn't know any better, especially not knowing big picture better. My solution to cultism has always been spreading the right words to observers and participants alike. If u know that when you attend/study at most universities, your security clearance requires you to do fingerprint on campus and sign a form of consent renouncing cultism or its related activities including arson, this is in addition to other strategies including picture storage. They should make it clear that cultism will not be tolerated in any fashion; Have many ways for sabotagers/inside angels (in this case) can report activities and anyone bullied. Every cult activities should be displayed like any dictionary - it should be accessible to every student in written papers at the beginning and updated every month through sms.

Violence will not solve cultism in Nigeria, smart strategies will. There will be people that will die when a credible system is in effect, but my strategy argues way less deaths between authorities and these gangs. If Nigerian leadership were serious minded, they will have a time limit strategy implementation; like having a 5yr or 10yr plan. It will be smart strategy to deter the fresh people from entertaining such ideas. Treat every campus incident serious, technologies to the highest levels need to be employed like banning any flying objects like drones above schools except the school's drones. The school needs to work with the host community on how to report their suspicions which should be safe. Armed and unarmed security training need to be impeccable including professional interactions. I would say after 4years or 3yrs start hiring fresh graduates from other schools with an agreement that any other school will hire a good student from your school.

Is many more strategies that could be employed. To be expanded on at a later time.

Personally don't see what the fuss is about. It's a step in the right direction if you ask me, because all avenues open to peace should be explored.
