Friends, your help is needed please. I sent a letter through NIPOST (Registered mail) on the 28th of April to Canada and the mail has not been delivered till date. I have used all the tracking sites I know but I keep getting the same message "Inserted to bag". I've called NIPOST customer care severally but no positive result. I've also contacted the recipient (WES) in Canada in which they confirmed they've not seen anything. Any advise on this matter?

Wow 15 days to USA.
You can use registered mail.
You will be given a tracking number to track it until it gets to its destination. It should cost not more than 2k.
If you have up to 6k, you can use EMS speedpost.
If you're using NIPOST registered mail, make sure you get to the post office before 9am so it can leave that same day.

please I don't understand about the registered email. Can you please expansiate more on it. Well I have sent my documents since last week friday but I was unable to track it down. Please kindly help on this. The destination is hamburg in Germany.

You're like "wow" at the 15 days. Do you mean it will take more than 15 days to get there? I'm afraid!
I want go for the 2k registered mail. But the school is not handling me the Transcript to post by myself (School's policy), I was told a NIPOST man will come to pick it up and return with the Tracking Number the next day. I hope my document will be safe this way.

From the amount you paid at the post office, you should be able to know if it's registered or not.
If it is registered, you will be given a receipt with a tracking number on it.
Try tracking on the NIPOST website to see if it has left Nigeria before tracking it on Deutsche Post website.

Registered mail is where the details of your mail are written in a post register and given a tracking number with which you can track it until it gets to its destination.
You're charged higher than the usual price with plenty of postage stamps.

I finally got the document (Registered mail) sent on Monday 19th June at Osogbo PO. I was given a tracking number. I have since been tracking it on NIPOST website but I was told "Track and Confirm Service is unavailable, please try again later". I kept trying but same result pupping up.
I came across a site trackitonline.ru I tracked my mail with the tracking number issued and I came across this, which I don't understand.
Is the mail still in Nigeria? Kindly explain ma

I tried tracking it on NIPOST's website but got a 'Track and Confirm service unavailable' message, so I tracked it via www.trackitonline.ru and that info came up. check again on Monday

yes it is still in Nigeria,
but in the airplane cargo,
it is in the final phase to take off!


since your parcel left on the 21st,
then it should arrive US either Friday or Saturday
and probably be trackable in USA postal agency website by Monday!

Please don't really rely too much on that oo!
Understand the process and do the timing!

there is also a possibility of parcel reaching in 14 days without the tracking website updated,
but nonetheless the webiste would surely be updated!
as the tracking service was actually paid for!
but for the mail notication; that you should no rely so much on

It is always advisable to send your documents one month ahead when you are using NIPOST even if it's EMS, just to be on the brighter side.
or be expecting it delivered in the time frame of one month!

I'm happy to read this. I pray everything work perfect till the last stage. I will track on Monday evening as you suggested, but I'll do so on trackitonline and USPS website as no info about it is coming up on NIPOST'S website.

well the deadline of my application is 15th july. And I have sent the first documents for over 2 weeks now. By this week thurday the second document will be 14 days old. I hope the two documents will be deliver to their respective destination in this week.

I advice you contact nipost so you know where your docs are!
