Hello House.Please is Unilag going to run Masters in Banking and Finance (MBF) and Masters in Development Finance(MDF) this session? Also, what subject would one take in the entrance exam for both courses, if they are both available.

Please stop misleading people here. I was at the IRPM Department of UNILAG on Friday to let them know that the part time professional Master, MILR was not on the drop down of the available course while applying. I was told that it was an oversight by the ICT department that there is no way the course would not be available as it is their backbone financially. They put a call through to the ICT department immediately to lodge a complaint. I was advised to wait at least till the end of this week.

What PG courses do I qualify for, and is it true that if you are going for the course you did not do at B.Sc level e.g B.Sc in Economics going for M.Sc in Accounting, you have to go for PGD,not regarding ur g.p even if it were to be a first class.

If you like the VC is your uncle and told you this, if the course is not listed, its not available. until its listed, its not available and nobody will apply for it. Pg school is very funny, if you applied and admission is not given, you will be told the course was not listed so why did you apply? although this is the first time its happening for MILR, but let them list it else its not available.

every school has their setting and requirements. with Bsc economics you can go for so many courses that fix into your plans. just let me know what your interest and plans are and we take it up from there

There is no MBF on the list but there is MDF this year

Registration means screening time after you gained admission in December/Jan

the stage we are in is APPLICATION.

when you are applying now, nobody cares about what you uploads, its during registration exercise (screening) in January that your papers are checked

Nobody can stop you from writing the exams if you apply. not even if you filled the form wrongly. all you need is a reference number and exams Pass, which are all automatically generated.

please dont stress yourself.
this is a very simple stage.
