But, it's not like you think. Most Ethiopians don't know their history very well because of poor education by the schools and less interest to know by them. I myself is almost a self taught in Ethiopia and general history.

Others consider him among the greatest Ethiopian singer. But for me, he is the greatest ever of all. He wrote all his songs, he created all his melodies and his voice is excellent.

He love Ethiopia so much and even commented that Atse(emperor) Menelik II expansion to SW, S and SE was a great deed. This comment angered some unpatriotic Oromos and other south peoples.

It's because Amharas, Tigrays, Gurages, Hararis, Biher-Tigrinyas(Eritrean Tigray) and Tigris(northern Eritreans) had relatively larger Semite backgrounds than Oromos. All those different people are Cushite and sisters to each other.

There are also some darker Amharas and Tigrays and light skinned Oromos.

All the different ethnicities of Ethiopia and Eritrea are the products of many old centuries of extensive mixing with each other.

This explanation is enlightening and just as much as i thought. I hope Ednited shares them too.

I follow a lot of amhara, somali, Tigray and Oromo pages on instagram. I have also watched lots of musics and cultural clips from various horn african groups before passing this judgement.

Kenyans have no culture and it's such a shame! So, they usually get so pissed off whenever they see other Africans celebrating and admiring culture.

TayserMahiri, mtis, NairobiWalker, Jay254 and co, you guys should learn from your fellow east africans here. Watch their musics and learn how African cultures must be promoted!

I have been challenged here by their Ethiopian songs, no matter how modern these Ethiopian songs looked, the culturak rhythms, dance steps, cultures and sounds are always present.

I have always come across modern cultural musics from Uganda and mainland Tanzania, especially Uganda and none from Kenya. Are Kenyans Europeans? Why don't you guys just relocate to Scandinavia or Western Europe if that is the case?

Do you know what language they are singing? It doesn't sound like swahili.

I think they are singing in Luganda (the lingua franca of Southern Uganda- Kampala and largest ethnic group in the country).

Their culture (Luganda people) is very beautiful and it shares a lot with some cultures of some central Nigerian groups.
