sad If Nigeria is truly a secular country such dressing shouldn't be allowed during national programs like the news, especially 9pm news, this dressing is for Arabs not African culture.

So wetin happen today na, how come we have freedom to comment on Muslim topic?
If you are to be allowed to cast news in your "African" attire you'd have to do it topless, because that's how whitemen met your ancestors and gave them cloth.

First of all, Ramadhan Kareem to all Muslim brothers and sister.

One thing that stands out in the fashion world is how hijabs, a veil that is used by Muslim females to cover their head has transformed.

From getting kitenge hijabs to mixing and matching it with the buibui, Kenyan media personalities have proven that hijabs are not only a static custom but one that has changed over time.

Here are media personalities that have rocked that hijab just fine, giving it perfect justice;
1. Lulu Hassan

2. Amina Abdi

3. Saida Swaleh

4. Mwanaisha Chidzuga

Jamila Mohammed

5. Najma Ishmael

Mwanahamisi Hamadi

So guys who rocked it better?

One thing about Religion is that:The rich dont get Manipulated while the poor gets so much used...Can any of this beautiful babes on Hijab subscribe to sucide bombing..NO NO NO.
In christanity, your Pastor will tell you,Dressing well and putting on ear-ring is a sin.

The simple yet powerful photos reveals how freedom from their hijabs can make women feel.

Even those who cover their heads for religious reasons support freedom of choice over the mandatory hijab. It’s also not just women. According to Alinejad, there are also many photos of men who show their support in the movement.

Some women are against the religious overtones driving the law while others simply want to feel the sun and the rain in their hair.

Who ask you all this? always feeling inferior to muslims.

go back to your stinking hair ladies and leave our women alone they are not meant for you.

Why so many Iranians have come to hate the hijab

as summer approaches, police in Tehran have once again begun to crack down on Iranians who fail to comply with the country’s Islamic dress code. This year, besides the customary uniformed morality police, 7,000 undercover agents are reportedly also on the case. I was spared the early years of the Islamic Republic, but my mother recalls how diligent she had to be to avoid giving the morality police – or anyone else with the authority to judge appearances – any pretext to find fault with her, as jail sentences for “protesting” were all too common for dress-code transgressors.

It was a hot day in the early 1980s and my parents were going to an international exhibition in Tehran. As my older sister, then a baby, lay in her carriage, my mom wheeled her into the room filled with female agents who were in charge of checking the women’s compliance. They would ask some to fix their hijab, passing tissues to others to wipe off their makeup. As one agent finished scrutinizing my mother, she looked at my sister in the carriage.

“Khanoum!” – “lady” – she exclaimed. “Why are your daughter’s bare legs showing?” she asked, in apparent shock.

“She’s just eight months old,” my mother, in even greater shock, replied.

“So what? She’s a girl, isn’t she?”

My mom covered my sister’s legs with a blanket. Back then, nobody would argue further. People were scared.

TO ME HIJAB IS A FORM OF OPPRESSION...THESE WOMEN ARE OPRESSED..PERIOD..BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU QUOTE ME

pixs below...women protesting against forcefully wearing the jijab
the moment you start getting insecure of your counterpart, you know you are on the loosing side...
whether you like it or not... a woman with HIJAB is 1000yj times more beautiful and complete than a woman without it..

go and read your bible(will drop the verses soon) were women wore hijab... keep throwing the ethics of christianinty away in a bid to match western culture and oppose islam.. grin grin grin

cristain i am really in the mood let us start.

Yes our ladies cover their hair because is more appropriate than leaving their hair open, and fixing horse tail or white people left over is that not inferiority complex??

About the hot sun do you think our ladies are that fools and dumb to go around under hot sun and come back home without refreshing theirselves??

dont Start qouting an example with those poor muslims, they are not fortunate to dress and take care of their body the way islam told us to do due to one or two reasons or financial problem but still they are trying their best and Allah will reward them.

So tell me how about those stinking christian ladies both rich and poor, no exclusion. whats that offensive odour gushing out from their hair?

And the most annoying thing is they can give up their lives just to date us while we dont like them they still try to stick on us like ticks.

look boy islam is just 1400 year old boy....muslims will never take the truth...so what do u say about women that are oppressedwomen want to be free...they want freedom..islam put them in cages...thats why they run away to america for freedom...like saudi and iran..women are in cages..islam is opposing its self..abi the women protesting against they hijab are they christians?..they are muslims boy...ok..women in the bible cover their heads,ok..have u heard of deeper life and co...but dont create a sharia police to FORCE..hijab on women...na by force??

if the woman says she does not want to be in islam anymore..u hunt her down and kill her..am not talking about beauty...we all know some women in hijab are pretty..but its oppression forcing a woman to cover her head come rain come shine...saudi arabia is like a desert..but women there cover from head to toe..haba.if na u nko..can u cover urself like that under hot sun...speak the truth...thats oppression
