Correction.....although normally i would have ignored

I never paid anyone wes, application or visa fee. I don't need naira . However those that are paying for others from what i noticed give a good rate and are doing it more as a service to help a fellow naija. If you think anyone here makes profit then you have deep issues that only you can sort out .
sorry mam. I was just looking for your attention. So how was your day dear

This is my last post until July 04. All applicants will be approved this coming July in Jesus name. No time again to post here but I promise to post my testimony soon. Bye for now

Must you always derail this thread. If you're this nervous when you've not gone for your interview, I wonder how nervous and disordered you'll be when you go for your interview and you see blue papers flying in the air, even before you approach the VO. I just hope you won't create a scene at the embassy. May July 4 bring good tidings for you bro.

This from the guy who was just looking to "get laid"... funny how desperation and lack turns us into emergency "christians".

I know our safety is in God's hands alone but due to recent experiences and happenings, Egypt air should be the last resort. Check Royal Air Maroc, their rates are the cheapest

Please who has flown with egypt air to jfk? where you able to book a one way ticket?

I applied to the school for the occupational health program. Its a nice school and I liked the fact the coordinator of the program I was interested in took the time to answer all my questions in deep details. I think they require WES evaluation too

I have just applied for an international passport. I have not written either GRE or IELTS and I will like to apply for a Top Up program or if possible MSc program with my HND in electrical and electronic engineering from YabaTech. Im thinking of having those qualification either in Canada or USA but I need your sincere advice as my family is not financially stable enough to sponsor me. I'm looking at applying spring admission. Please I really need your advice thanks. Jah bless!!

Visa Approved this morning @6:30am

VO- how did you hear about this sch?
Me- The prof with whom I work as a research assistant recommended it to me. And I've seen how how a degree in the sch has advanced his career.

VO- Tell me about this program

Me- started to explain electrical engineering and my area of interest which is renewable energy and he cut me short and said " That's not what i want". He then told me to I explain my course requirements. ( at this point my legs weak because I could see the pile of blue papers looking at me)

I sha told him the program requires me to complete 30 credit of courses which include 9 credit of core requirement and 15 credits of technical electives and 6 credit of research.

VO- what was your undergraduate in?

Me- electrical and electronic engineering
Told him I graduated last year and he said "You did your NYSC, ( I acquiesced) and he then said "so you're going directly into the program" and I said yes.
And that was it.
I couldn't hear his words again the moment I saw him keep my passport and gave me a white visa collection paper. Na there the smile start ooo. I must have smiled from the hall to obalende becos pple kept looking at me in a funny way. But who cares?

That's it people!
@fredoricko..a big congrat to you brobro.may almighty God see you through the journey and your staying abroad..please I will like to have a personal discussion with you concerning some areas which am not cleared about..pls pls and pls I will be so appreciative if you can Pm me your contact.thanks

!

Though this thread is for F1 visa but notwithstanding she needs to fill another one because there is a place where she will be asked whether you have been denied a visa. So she needs to answer that appropriately.

Since funding is key in your case, spring admission cycle is not the best because funding is limited compare to fall. The first thing now is to ace your GRE and IELTS since you are aiming for a "top up program". Plan also to evaluate your HND transcript. Read the link below

When I was on queue, I heard the VO say to a guy after drilling him " you sound like a really smart guy, why are you going to Lincoln university? " He approved him in the end. My point is, with the way he asked the question, he probably doesn't perceive Lincoln as a reputable school. However, the guy's responses saved the day.

CC patovicy2k

Thanks for your contribution. I doubt we're talking about the same school though. If I'm not mistaken, the one you're referring to is located in Oakland, California whereas my question was in relation to the one in Pennsylvania.

I appreciate your candid response. But just for some more clarity, the school I'm referring to is ranked #20 on usnews.com's HBCU ranking.

I've had two visa rejections in two months(may and june) and school resumes in September, I still have July and August to reapply. Are there still any chances of me getting my visa approved if I reapply the third time and is there a particular way I can go about it?

Pls what should I do... Thanks.
