The one that works faster for egg quality is ubiquinol. Ubiquinone is the still the normal COQ10. According to my fertilty doctor, he recommended taking to for at least 3 months for getting high egg quality.

Just to encourage us not to think we are alone,...the doctor said my hubby has zero sperm count and we have tried all we could to make increase to one sperm ...thinking of coming to Nigeria for IVF with donor sperm.please it's the journey but I know the crown and glory belongs to God. I need advice on which hospital to use.i am considering portharcout and Owerri

Dont worry dearie, its only a problem without a Name, dat is likely not to have a solution.., Children are gifts from God and marriage is 4 us 2 enjoy here on earth. There's no nuclear family after death, so whatever will make us happy while in this earth is worth pursuing, as long as there's agreement between the duo.
Meanwhile treatment of Azoospermia starts by identifying d cause. What did dey say is d cause? It can be obstructive due 2 blockage along d pathway or it can be as a result of deficiency of male hormones or genetic. Does he have member of family dat suffers same?? Whatever, God is in control. Try and get a second opinion with a specialist in dat area probably in a teaching hospital here in Nigeria when u come around. Stay blessed and stick around whatever makes u happy.

Ubiquinol is the active form of CoQ01. However, our body is constantly between the two forms depending on our current need.

Studies point to the importance of healthy CoQ10 levels in both male and female fertility. The research articles can be found here: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/23912751 and here: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/26111777.

It’s essential to choose a CoQ10 or ubiquinol supplement that is both water and fat-soluble to be sure your body is actually absorbing it. Research shows that solubilized formulations of CoQ10/ubiquinol are absorbed better by the body and lead to higher plasma CoQ10 levels.

good morning ladies
am back on this thread o condition has limited me to only ivf and I am determined to get pregnant n have my babies whether d devil likes it or not

First natural pregnancy was ectopic and a ruptured tube. I lost my right tube during d battle to save my life.
After which i went for hsg n it was determined my left tube patent.
I proceeded to try naturally for 3 yrs,...nothing . Docs said dh had poor morphology n low sperm count. Had 3 cycles of ivf
First terminated after egg collection
Second bfp positive but turned out to be a chemical pregnancy . 3rd bfn . Got tired decided to do nothing
Got pregnant naturally unexpectedly. Last month
Another ectopic . Lost my left tube. Doctor tried to save it but she said it was toxic n definitely may lead to another ectopic .
So as of today no tubes . Confined to only ivf n adoption . Tired but I cant give up. Broke saving money for another ivf . Looking for another clinic. Where I will get good results. Looking for hope too. Cos am down a lot times . Looking for someone who has gone thru this n come out victorious.

Pls, how did ur DH treat is low sperm count? Pls I am faced with the same challenge... Any advice will be highly appreciated. Tnx

Well dear, since its has to do with hormonal issue, isn't it possible for hormonal treatment and other herbal treatment to take care of it? Or have u tried every other option available in combating dis issue?
Well, if u ve sort all options and settled for using donor and DH is in full support, why not.
As 4d hospital, do u ve where to put up in PH or Owerri? I can't place any name now but if u go tru the thread, u will find testimonies/ prices of good and reliable facility in these cities. Or some mommies can help u out.
I stay up north and only know of few good ones in Abuja.

please what is the name of the hospital and cost of treatment in india? i equally suffer from endomitriosis and ve fibroid which Drs ve claimed doesnt obstruct pregnancy. i had one failed IVF at fertile aid in abj. i really feel i should treat all the issues before going for another circle but the Drs in Nigeria are more interested in you doing the IVF straightaway. i ve read several write ups in which they say endomitriosis affects your chances. help me pls. i dont mind going to do the endomitriosis treatment now.
EUREKA2017:
Finally:

Allow GOD to lead you in this journey

This journey is not cheap (emotionally, Pscychologically and Financially)

There is something called Time and Chance

Please do your research and understand some basic information on any treatment

There are little things that can affect conception. Visiting a good gynaecology/fertility Dr @ onset could save you a lot

Most Fertilty DRs we have around in Nigeria are always in a HURRY to do IVF and underplay important issues around conceptions

If you have the wherewithall, a trip abroad especially India is a very good option (What we spent in total is more or less same as the procedural fee given to us for fibroid operation in Nigeria)

A visit to Southshore womens hospital, VI Lagos for proper assessment and checkup can be done (DR Alabi is extremely good). Nb: it works for us hence why i put this line

we are not BIAS in anyway on all the Hospitals mentioned in the narrative but just to show our experiences along the way. What works for me may not work for another and vice-versa

We lived Graciously during this period and in all things, we give all the GLORY to GOD ALMIGHTY

Finally, the purpose of this write up is to guide Someone Somewhere who is at the verge of making decision on the next step and also to profile ourself b4 you to know that there is always LIGHT at the end of the TUNNEL. 1 with GOD is a MAJORITY

NB: if you have any clarifications to make, please drop your comment here, you may PM me and i promise to respond (may not be immediate but i'll surely respond)

Thanks dear. Yes I've seen the dose she took@ 75mg b4 her flow and 50mg after ovulation. I'll stick with dat.
Yes the drs are understanding or rather the particular one I've been communicating with. She sympathized with me and promised 2 talk 2 other team member to consider using my eggs. Though d MD is yet to know wats happening But 4 me, l truly dont mind d delay so as to prepare myself. I ve made up my mind to continue after 3 months.

Hello Ekatwins, I haven't visited this page in a long while and I rarely check my mentions, me bad. Anyway to answer your question, you need to buy the 25mg DHEA and take it 3ice daily (can't remember now for how long..need to search my archives). But the key thing is.. don't mix medications. What I mean is, if you are already on hospitals medications, don't add these drugs to it. You can only do what I did in between medical treatments...

Lets talk more offline...

It is well.. we will carry our children ..its just a matter of time...I look at my miracle babies and I read what I wrote here few years ago.. it can only be GOD. See ehn, medicine can only tell you what they know, but we who serve a migthy GOD know he can do what no man can do. The same ovary that medical reports stated as being low and would be unable to produce good eggs , has produced 2 babies. Infact, the AMH results I did before I got pregnant for my ds was worse than the result I got when I did it before I got pregnant for my dd. If GOD did it for me within 2yrs, he can do it for you. Just hold on to him, trust in his word and believe him for a miracle. You shall be victorious!

You're right!

Cyclogest alone could not have helped. The hospital was to give you cyclogest, pregnacare conception, baby aspirin, coq10, prednisolone, vic d3 and some others. Basically anything that can help because after transfer the truth is ONLY GOD CAN KEEP THE BABY. So they should have done their part properly. thats all.

Also thank you so much for doing this for your sister, May God bless you.

Depending on your budget and location. if you are in Lag, you can check Dr Emeka at Olive Branch clinic. He's good but remember say this our journey is totally based on God. I pray you both receive the finance needed and i pray for BFP!!! Much love

Do take some time to read thru.

Its about MSG mono sodium glutamate found in maggi knorr royco n other seasoning cubes n satchets.
Some seasoning do not contain MSG so lets read labels or berra still eliminate artificial foods n seasonings as much as we can.

Studies have shown that the effects of MSG are cumulative. Just because you don’t react to MSG now, doesn’t mean you won’t later. According to Dr. Russell Blaylock, who wrote a book on the subject called Excitotoxins: The Taste That Kills, sensitivity to MSG builds up in our bodies until we reach what he calls our “threshold of sensitivity.” Some long term effects of MSG includes: 1. MSG not only destroys our retinal vision cells, but also parts of the brain. 2. MSG lead to nervous disorders 3. MSG causes radical hormone fluctuations 4. MSG is linked to obesity, PCOS and other hormonal issues 5. MSG is especially harmful to pregnant or nursing mothers because infants and young children are four times more sensitive to MSG than adults. MSG can significantly alter how a baby’s brain forms and functions. Very high MSG intake (of any excitotoxin) can cause abnormal learning, addiction risk, and behavioral, emotional control, and endocrine problems later in the baby’s life. SO, IF YOU WANT TO AVOID MSG, HOW CAN YOU DO IT? Start by reading food labels. Drop it like it's hot if there is Mono Sodium Glutamate written there. Also On a Ketogenic Lifestyle, its advisable to avoid the use of Food seasoning containing MSG as they are high in carbs and add up to your total carb count for the day. Learn to season your foods with natural ingredients. One great Seasoning That doesn't Contain MSG is Adobo All Purpose Seasoning. Goya Adobo - the perfect blend of garlic, oregano and seasonings - is all you need to make beef, chicken and fish taste great. Just shake it on before cooking. A simple shake is all it takes! Put it on hamburgers, chicken, turkey, fish and meat. 0 Calories, 0 Carbs per serving (1g) Ingredients: Salt, granulated garlic, tricalcium phosphate (prevents caking), oregano, black pepper, turmeric.

Hi dear, I've read your update. May God give a great testimony!!
Please don't feel bad at all and above all be there for your Hubby. Men tend to feel bruised when the solution is donor sperm (even though most women don't mind using donor eggs). Its not the end of the world and peace at your home is key.

I also agree with you on Dr Emeka, he's very good. Also he can perform biopsy on your hubby if you both insist...to check if he can retrieve any sperm then he'd proceed to do ICSI. If he doesn't find, he would just proceed with the donor sperm. Plus or minus, the process would cost 2mil. You may have change left but its better to have excess.

Feel free to ask any other question or concern you may have.

You, Your Pregnancy and NEOLIFE Nutritionals

Making preparations for your newborn shouldn't merely be a case of choosing a fashionable name or a place to nurse him/her. It should start with yourHEALTH and yourWELL-BEING!
Preparations should start well in advance, even before you first decide to conceive - making room for another in your life.

MAKING IT HAPPEN!
If you are healthy and have a regular menstrual cycle, if you're in your child bearing years; natural conception is usually not problematic. As a healthcare worker working with Anchorage Link Services and a NEOLIFE nutritional distributor; we advise that every woman begins with our super supplementing strategies that can assist her with her pregnancy easily.

Let us help you start with our GNLD Feminine Herbal Complex, it gently supports normal female function and help restore your body's hormone balance. Secondly, every woman should be taking a daily supplement. As we suggest our Pro Vitality+ or Formula IV Plus pack. Every woman planning her pregnancy need to do the same, very importantly is monitoring your Vitamin A intakes – not more than 8000 I.U daily.
Also, I believe we all know it takes two to tango, so it’s important that your husband’s health is at top gear, as we request that he also takes our GNLD Healthy Nutritionals. Likewise, “wanna-be Dads” also needs to start earlier than their partners. While a human egg takes a week to mature, the sperm takes up to four weeks to be fully formed. Zinc is essential in this process as zinc deficiency can lead to a low sperm count. So, we ask that you supplement your body with GNLD’s Chelated Zinc.

THE START OF A VERY SPECIAL TIME:
After conception, you should continue supplementing, when the test results are in and you know you’re pregnant – it’s time to pump up your GNLD Nutritionals and but discontinue with Feminine Herbal Complex. The first few weeks after conception are particularly important for your baby’s healthy development. Oxygen is vital to sustaining your life and the development of your baby. You’ll need supplement with Chelated Iron, to aid the production of red blood cells which carries oxygen to every part of you and your baby’s body.
As the unborn baby rapidly develops, cells split at a phenomenal rate – fuel your healthy nutrition with our several other GNLD Nutritionals. You’re probably going to find that you’re initially nauseous and later on continually hungry.

GNLD Nutrishake is not only fantastic for supplementing nutrients, most importantly your proteins. You’ll need to first consult with your obstetrician or gynecologist before starting any medication or supplementation programme during pregnancy. Likewise, a qualified dietician for great advice. It is also very essential that you continually replenish your Calcium levels. Because as the baby’s bones gets developing, so also your calcium storage is depleted rapidly.

With many-years-gone-by many women lost their teeth, as a result of this deficiency. GNLD Cal-Mag or her newly introduced Chelated Cal-Mag with Vitamin D3 – three tablets daily is essential. Cal-Mag should be taken throughout life as a precautionary step to prevent Osteoporosis as one ages. Studies have put major emphasis on the importance of omega-3 fatty acids in human development and health, even from the foetal stage. GNLD’s Omega-3 Salmon Oil Plus, is great for the brain development, controlling bad cholesterol and also for aiding heart health; benefits for both you and your child.

During pregnancy, a hormonal and physical change often leads to uncomfortable bouts of constipation, which can lead to a painful hemorrhoid. How rich are your fibre contents in your diets? You’ll derive great benefits from our GNLD Multi-Fibre Blend; with our GNLD Fibre Tablets to an awesome relief.

AFTER THE SPECIAL DAY
Healing, regaining your strength and starting to feel your old self is the first challenge many moms encounter in their journey into motherhood. Giving birth, whether naturally or through Caesarean section, can be demanding and requires good deal of healing. Vitamin C in the form of chewable All-C or GNLD Vitamin C Sustained Release used in collaboration with Chelated Zinc is known to assist the body to heal quickly.
We get some many questions from newly moms with regards to their sudden weight gain during and more after birth. You can plan to shake off these excess weight carefully and safe with a daily comsumption of our delicious Weight Management Protein drink(s) found in NEOLIFESHAKE(S).
GNLD, is your trusted healthcare partner!
The most important aspect of your pregnancy is that you feel supported and rest assured that you are doing the best for your baby and yourself.

Suggested GNLD/NEOLIFE Nutritionals for expecting moms are; Pro Vitality+, Formula IV Plus, Chelated Iron, Neolifeshake, Cal-Mag or Chelated Cal-Mag with Vitamin D3, Omega-3 Salmon Oil Plus, Multi-Fibre Blend or Fibre Tablets.
