Some people might even pay to make it unstable. Nothing is new in this country..

If your dish is up to 1.8m and above u can still enjoy those channels on intelsat 33@ 60e Cband.

Yes still FTA on ses5 east with 60cm dish u can be able to track the channel with the above frequency.

SES 5 is located at 4.9 degree east with Azimuth of 166.3 and true elevation of 82.0 minus your offset angle of 22 degree then set your dish to elevation angle of 60 ,your lnb skew depend on your topography in ur area rotate ur dish to 166.3, then u are there make sure u use a good and protractor or inclinometer, if u need any of these item to buy contact me on 08067949898 I have them at my disposal, I track all my dish in less than 10 minutes with all my gadget with me
