No support for now ..there's nothing you can do... You can only purchase another modem that is unlockable

If you are in portharcourt and you have any of these modems Spectranet/Swift B310s-927, Airtel/InterC B310s-22,
GLO B315-607, Smile B315s-22 to Spectranet E5573s-606 and E5573Cs-609 (black and White), E5776, E5578s-932, Airtel
and MTN E5573s-320 and 5573cs-322, Smile E5180 Cube, Smile B593 router..

The models i mentioned cant be unlocked remotely ..meaning... they have to be done physically not via imei unlock code... Some of you also called me as regards the spectranet b310 ..i wasnt in town at the moment..so i either told you i couldn't handle it or that i wasnt around, but now am fully available ..and no side effects after unlocking

If your spectranet router is disconnecting and reconnecting via usb .i can also unlock it... no matter what firmware it runs on

For these models Glo E5377,E5172,E5372,ZTE MF83M,ZTEMF65,ZTEMF283+,ZTE MF90, ZTE 831 , All zte modems,mifi and routers requesting for unlock code,all alcatel modems and router requesting for unlock ,just give me a call and i will get you the unlock code

Please I have already unlocked this modem (ZTE MF910V), but I can't see anywhere in the interface to edit the access point name and settings so i can use another sim with it: The screenshots are attached.

Will the access point details be auto configured? I have an ntel sim in there already and it reads as ntel in the interface as shown in the screenshots.

Kindly assist pls!

Sorry, I didn't get to see this message until now.

Just go to the link i pasted, register as user.
Scroll down the page, fill in your device details.

Select ''Other Model'' on the Model menu.
Fill in your model number(i.e. MF910v) on the new menu text box that will appear under ''Other Model''.
Leave ''Carrier Lock'' empty and proceed to ''Place order'' where you'll directed to a payment page.
Select by debit/credit card when asked for method of payment.

I'm having the same issue.
I discussed with ntel agent and she toldme alot of people are having the same issue.
She said it seems like spectronet and swift are blocking their modem cos ppl are unlocking them for ntel use.
I want to try n change my imei maybe it may work.
Please if u have any solution let me know.

Are you using the same Huawei e5372 modem?
Spectranet and swift can't block the modem since it is already unlocked
And I use an unlocked Spectranet Huawei e5372 , which connects to swift Network without problems...if Spectranet was blocking it, then the swift wouldn't work

The problem is APN issue, the modem.seems to be having issues connecting with the "ntel" SPAN

The solution will be to use an alternative APN. Most telcos have like 3 or 4 APN, talk to the agent to provide you an alternative Ntel APN that isn't "ntel"

It will work for all DCunlocker supported devices as long as you have not exceed the 10 attempts. I have been trying to unlock my device for 2 years now and I had only 4 attempt left when I tried the android version yesterday night. It's a DCUNLOCKER app on playstore.
