Erha field of Exxon Mobil is offshore Ondo. Same as ENI's Abo field.

Many more abound, just as there are many deepwater fields offshore Bayelsa like Agbami, Offshore Lagos like Folawiyo-Aje, and offshore Akwa Ibom like Ebok, Okoro etc.

All the mentioned fields above I have been involved with from a project implementation standpoint.

But I know you are saddened by all of this, but there is nothing I can do about it but make you even more miserable.

There is no law restricting ExxonMobil or any oil firm to a certain state or region in Nigeria, save for where they choose is profitable.
