Well, there is no laud down rule bt wen u see one, u can identify dem. It's not a rocket science, some of dem are just new and their IQ is too low to engage in fraud. If the police can employ someone like me, i can catch up to 5 for dem weekly. Don't just conclude everyone is into one shit or d oda dou, there are genuine business man and woman in here, i won't mention name bt if u look well, u will see dem.

Note: Always be extra careful wen doing a business transaction, the people closest to u are the easiest to defraud u, eg, that man ur pastor introduce to u, that family member of urs that wants to help u buy a car, claiming to be a local champion, etc

to me it really helps to verify the plate no of a vehicle to confirm if the vehicle registration was processed ( correctly) at all. like someone posting a vehicle with a certain no and when u try verifying it it shows another vehicle.
