What I don't understand yet is why the Local government workers are still not paid. The last time I enquired, it seems there are some issues that have not been settled though I don't understand what issues they are. That's what I got from a PA. I'm not exonerating him. Those people owed many months have needs and family. This is my only problem with him. Otherwise, he's performing well.
