You don't need a prescription to start using folic acid please! It's very very vital you start on it ASAP! Buy any brand with at least 400mcg(usually written as 400mg) if you wait o see your doctor before starting it the harm may have been done (God forbid) women of childbearing age is advised to be on folic acid daily.

I used my baby bump dot com and baby center apps.

I miss being pregnant, but I love how I'm snapping back, even though most people said I wasn't going to get my body back since it's my baby no3, but my baby is just 3wks old today and my post partum belt is proving them wrong , let me do a before and after photo.

I feel so good to be here, most especially knowing my other team February as am 8 weeks preggy.not started Antenatal,no folic acid yet too.... Waiting until I register for antenatal then I seek for doc's advice.i can still remember before I got preggy, I took folic acid for 2months and my period was super heavy with clot then I stopped and finally conceived.I pray the good Lord see us all through this journey IJN.Amen.

After it rose it was doing like one boiling witches pot, like it was moving. As for the roundness, don't know if there's a quicker trick cuz I got mine by rolling it like a ball between my fingers until it got round enough and that's just stressful

I googled 'how to make puff puff Sisi Yemmie' and took the recipe from Sisi Yemmie's website, I also typed the same thing on YouTube and watched the video. I just followed everything she did, I'd sha put salt in mine next time cuz I prefer the taste of salt and sugar to just sugar

Can someone help lecture them that Folic acid helps prevent neural tube defects (NTDs) – serious birth defects of the spinal cord (such as spina bifida) and the brain (such as anencephaly).

Waiting till 13th week or whateva time u wish to register for antenatal is dangerous. A word is enough for the wise
