Nigeria police made a mistake ,from the onset they should have just kill him and claim it happened as an act of defence since there was a shoot out during his arrest , they should have just done same thing they did to those owerri zenith bank robbers caught .no time for trials or sort .. after all those confession ,Evan still has the guts to sue his arresters.
