This life is just a pot of beans, while we are here talking about love letter/promotion letter, people have started going for SRD. The funny thing is, some of them are here and won't say a word about it.

Jah bless. 21days after completion, not heard from themel yet, can only but pray for the best.

They can't speak because they didn't get it by merit. I challenge them to speak if it was gotten by merit otherwise they used man no man for them. very disgusting set of people, always reading to get knowledge but will never share theirs. Fear people like that, they can kill. Nonsense.

There is nothing like that, nobody will call anyone I too know for saying he/she has gone beyond step 1 and besides, must they listen to what some people on nairaland say? Sometimes, I take it on my own to ask questions I already knew the answer just because I want other people to gain.

Not really. I'm not sure the system is so bad as we think. Impossibility is nothing though!.

Heard they call people for the next stage in batches. Just funny how no one in this forum has been called in the last two batches. Once again fingers crossed and hoping for the best.

Just for our info, resumption is from September through to December, and they are aware that people who are currently employed would require 1 month notice for their current employers so hopefully they should complete the selection/interviews in July.

All the best once again.

Okay, I didn't apply but my sister did. If you believe all these are by merit, can you tell me why they ask a question of you or any member of your family been a government official or not?

That's a standard questions asked by most multinationals. It has something to do with their policy on Conflicts of Interest. And so you know, when faced with a question like that, your best answer is you've not.

Lol, I know they will come out one by one to quote me because my comment will hurt them. How can they tell them not to say anything for something you got on merit. Do they really have to give screen shot? I repeat if by any chance you know anyone that have moved to stage 2 and refused to speak up, please borrow legs and stay away from that kind of person as he/she is only good at collecting your knowledge but would never share his/hers with you. People like that are always very dangerous. If it hurts you then stop behaving like that because it makes a nation to be stagnant.

We are not saying that they should publish their PROMOTION LETTER here but they should open up
When one of us declare openly that we have been given our PROMOTION LETTER, you will see them crawling out of their holes...

Wrong move!! I repeat, Wrong move!! The world owes you nothing, It goes to show the value a whole lot of nigerian youths place on time.

I understand the anxiety and all, however there's a whole lot more engaging things to do with ones time pending when emails are sent.

A good friend of mine who's very sound academically and was quite confident about his video interview just got a regret mail a few days after he sent the HR a mail seeking his result, (oh well! He got a result!).

All i'm saying is that we exercise patience, do other meaningful things with your time. What is yours is yours, so have no fear. #Shallom

It's called PEP -politically exposed personnel.
And it's for a reason that opposes demerit thereby influencing merit itself.

Try to see things with an open mind at first glance

hmmm but at least let's know our fate

That is one of the big issues I have with recruiters/recruitment process.

If the person desn't qualify, let him/her know

The era of hanging prospective candidates in the air SHOULD STOP

Yes i understand where you're coming from.

This is a different case however, and if you observe closely, it takes about 20-22 days from when you applied to get an email from the HR Team.
Besides i think the delay has to do with the volume of people who applied; 2013-2016 graduands, that's a ton of people if you ask me. Lets not forget those who applied multiple times.

Meanwhile, I see things with my spiritual eyes not with mind whether open or close.
