Dude.. if you reside in Lagos, go to DHL head office around isolo and resend your Docs. Tell them it's student application and you want a student tariff. You will be charged 13,345 naira. I sent all my applications using DHL and it arrived in two days time. Your God will see you through.

You can. But even EBS won't give you are final admission decision till end of July, which is when many schools will be doing so too.

My interview date is set for 28 July. My desired school said they won't be doing interviews till the application deadline (July 15th). So I plan to email them after the 15th to ask for an early interview date since I would like to take their admission letter to my visa interview.

Also, you can get a visa with ESB's admission letter And still head to the school of your choice. All you have to tell the immigration officers at the point of entry is that you'll be going to the school that is written on your visa. I know a couple of people who did that and it worked for them.

I went to one of FedEx office in Port Harcourt to make inquiry on the prepaid courier service and i was told they don't give this to people and i have to pay (N3,700) for them to ship it to Lagos and another (N3,700) in order for the embassy to send it back to Port Harcourt. My question is, how do i get a prepaid courier service without wasting valuable time?

2. I was recently told to apply for long term visa after my Schegen visa application was rejected hence the embassy booked an appointment for me on July 12. My question is, do i have to send my transcript to the embassy for them to certify (and convert to its German equivalent) or i should go with it on the given day?

i believe this pertains to English language proficiency and the listed items shows what they may consider in judging your English skill. it is expected you have English proficiency of up to B2. which you can prove as they stated.
the first one.... your waec with a good grade in English language will do.
for the second your first year university transcript with an accompany proficiency letter from your school registrar that the courses were taught in English.
better still you may go with the 3rd option which often times is the beast but for the cost TOEFL or IELTS.
either of the three options could be used to proof your English language.
but option 3 is best followed by 2. but me i used 2 sha.... no want waste money.
so its all about choice.

Please use UPS or DHL and tell them you need a self addressed envelop.
They will give it to you to take along to the embassy.

Just chill. After your interview and if successful, you'll be told how many months travel insurance to come with for visa collection.

the part 2. is an advice that will profit your application. you were advice to add... list of all your courses, credit loads and course content of your former degree. So that they'll know if your meet the necessary pre-requisites. A copy of your department hand book will do. or you may write them yourself if the hand book is not elaborate enough

Another thing is passport background is white and according to specifications. I had to retake another passport and submitted after my interview coz the one I had with me was rejected by them... My passport was returned to me but my original documents are still with them, they will mail it back to me with prepaid courier envelop that I submitted.... I really need prayers now for a positive outcome , thank u guys and I wish the next winter guys success oo.....

I also applied for the same course and my application was accepted. I included my waec results, university transcript, university certificate, and English language proficiency from my university. Maybe you didn't have one of this document and that could explain the reason for the rejection.

First off, you should learn to punctuate your sentences. I had to read this over and over again to get it.

Secondly, as long as they don't get your transcript of your university education you won't get admitted because they need to see that as evidence that you're prepared for direct study in Germany.

Depends on whether or not she's gonna study in German. If she's studying in English she won't need a year of language classes in Nigeria.
