No, you can't. It has to be two different types of proof of address. One type is bank statement, another is an official letter like a letter from your company on their letter head confirming your address. Look in their FAQ for other proof of address that is acceptable. |

happymumtobe: Hi dear, congrats on your PPR. Please this is totally off the topic. When you put to bed, will you inform CIC and can your baby still be added to your application or once your passport is stamped, the whole process is over. |

Please how does this sending passport to Accra work? Especially when it comes to getting back your passport? When CIC notifies you that it's ready, what happens? Will it be delivered to your house. Just curious as we are all warming up for PPR. Congrats to all those that received ITA and PPR. |

britishknight: A (skilled) tradesperson is someone in a hands-on skilled job that does not require a university degree. Most of the skills are acquired through apprenticeships and a few in some post secondary institutions. E.g. plumber, baker, long haul driver, electrician, technician, cooks, tailor etc. 1 Like |

Guys, Before applying for the OINP HCP stream please validate that you meet the FSW requirement of getting 67/100 as it seems people are soo in a hurry to apply without proper checking and $1k5 is not small money o so check before you commit and find out you are ineligible. I personally realised that my FSWP score is 58 out of 67 hence will not likely be eligible to apply for this program although I received NOI from OINP. Or have there been cases where NOI was received with FSWP scores less than 67 and they successfully applied and got a nomination from OINP? |

You did not understand her post... She meant her question (the one she asked you... Pls read it again) is what is off topic. Not anything you wrote. To answer that tho... If you deliver after landing in Canada, your child gets a Canadian passport immediately. If it happens before, You will need to notify CIC. happymumtobe: 7 Likes |

Chinnie4Jesus: When I put to bed I will inform cic and they will request for an updated pof, babies birth certificate and passport and I will need to pay an application fee for baby too. My passport will be stamped before baby is born so will have to send babies own too with the other doc. 1 Like 1 Share |

Hello Peeps, Please assist my friends. Their situations are as follows: FRIEND 1 - Got ITA 2 days ago. He is the PA and has 15years job experience which he can get reference for but has been unemployed for about 3 years. He actually runs his own business but he doesnt want to use that but wants to use a friend's company that is structured. However, no evidence of salary (e.g salary account bank statement) will be in his application. I advised its better to say he is unemployed but he believes he can start salary payments to an account now, post ITA. Wont that be suspicious? Please advise. FRIEND 2 - Runs her own business and intends to be PA since she is younger and CRS score is higher. She is still in the process of WES and ECA but intends to start paying herself salary from her brother's firm so she can claim she works there rather than claim that she is unemployed. She has the required length of work experience as well. In summary, is it a problem to claim unemployment when submitting e-APR? Kindly advise please. |
