I told him I just wanted to be friends. He asked how I got to know he stayed around that area, I told him I read his posts.
Guess what he said next? 'Quit stalking me, idiot'. I've never been more embarrassed my whole life.
so don't blame me if I don't send any guy PM on here or any platform for that matter.

is because of my kind of job...
I seriously praying and hoping to get a new and a better paying job.....immediately I land this...next should be marriage...
even at that many of the ladies....u have been close to and get to like...are mostly in same age bracket wit me. ..
they're so impatient and unwilling to wait...despite me being sincere...they want marriage immediately...
imagine just meeting someone in June. .and the person already telling you. ..she has set a target for herself to marry not later than this year....

Lol....Our story is kinda similar albeit I'm in mid 20s.
Just as you meet ladies you have some feelings for to be in your age bracket and eventually impatient, so do I and even meet older ones with same desired qualities

I personally will not blame the impatient ones coz I feel you will start having a rethink if she eventually waits and u later meet a younger one with almost same qualities who is also willing to be with u.It doesn't favour them in that regards,hence their decision to call it off.

That is the more reason why I try to initially get to know the real age of whoever I feel I'm beginning to have some feelings for.

Well,classification of courtship period be it too short,short,medium,long and too long,i feel is an individual thing.
Consider a 21yr old lady who has always wanted to settle down by 25yrs of age.She courts a guy with all sincerity for 2-3yrs with the belief that it will lead to the altar,only to be jilted at the last hour when she must have been 23-24yrs.

Do you see that kinda lady courting for that long again? Her trust level would have even dropped.


Bottomline is the issue of relationships nowadays is so complicated and both Males and females are responsible for those complications. so unless the parties involved are sincere with each other and also willing to make it work,the complications will even continue to multiply.





NB:The example I gave could be from the other gender as well.

Either ways,i encourage U to be free-minded and consider building your man if u see 1 and he eventually isn't as boxed up as you are...it could work that way.

jilted by a guy in my early 20s? is a No, No, No.

I never dated any Man,boy or guy all through my school years until during my service. broke up with him on my POP because the relationship isn't worth it and i was been used by him. Since then i never involve into any relationship until 3yrs after. But I really don't know where it was heading to and i ended it this year. My love story History will tell u that I was very much mature in age before i even got involve on the first relationship not to talk of the second. so now i just wanna let the thoughts of going into another relationship sleep on till I could gather myself again to start all over.

I'm the type that don't rush, I could be patient for all i care but I'm doing myself good. Right now i am seriously and crazily working on my
self-esteem and confidence. It should get to a stage whereby i can't fall for any Man that appreciate my beauty and claim he loves me. Let me first appreciate who I have become and love myself so as not to fall on anyone's trap because of a mere appreciation of who I am.
I should get to the peak of my life in which a Man or anyone will tell me that i am beautiful and my reply should be, "thank you, i know i am beautiful"

I'm not saying that i won't embark on another relationship or give it another trial. But i will not be involve till i learn to appreciate myself and build my confidence to the highest peak. If I had know what I've known now! I wouldn't have given anyone the chance to rubbish me, abuse my emotions and feelings. But thank God i get to recognise that after two failed relationship.

Some never did until after MARRIAGE!
