I feel your pain bro.
First, you should be taking alot of water, whether thirsty or not.
Second, fill water in bath tub during the afternoon and submerge in it for about 10_20 minutes daily.
Third, take a stroll in the evenings preferably with your phone playing spiritual/motivational songs/messages,
Fourth, eat a lot of fruits like banana, oranges, pineapple, watermelon etc.
Lastly, believe that YOUR God can heal you.
I Wish you restored health. 3 Likes |

Rather than take so much medications, you can add a lot of fruits and vegetables to your meals. Check for natural foods with antibiotics ability, natural fruits with anti inflammatory, body detoxifiers etc. They've got no side effects and would do you a lot of good. 2 Likes |

CrescentMoon: The first time I became aware of me falling sick was in 2007. I was 26 at the time. Since then it has been a myriad of medical troubles.
It has been cycles of malaria, bacterial infections, disc problems and headache. Every night, I take drugs before I could be able to sleep. I always have antimalarials, antibiotics, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and muscle relaxants handy. If malaria symptoms occur, I would take antimalarials and there would be improvement within minutes. And would then complete the dosage in 3 days. By fourth day, symptoms of bacteria infection would occur; I would take ciprofloxacin and get relieved within minutes. Once I complete the dosage, headache would strike, and once aspirin is taken, I get well. But I would keep repeating aspirin every night until gastric ulceration sets in. I would then buy omeprasole and cimetidine to treat ulcer. While ulcer treatment is ongoing, malaria would strike again, and I would take antimalarials. If antimalarials don't work, I would know that the symptoms are bacterial and take antibiotic. If there is no relief, I would combine antimalarials and antibiotic and there would be a relief. It has been like this since 2007. I don't go to hospital again because I have grown to know these symptoms and what doctors would prescribe.
For the past 2 weeks, I have been battling 'herniated disc' problem in my lower back. It started the day I bent down suddenly and I heard a snapping sound at my back bone. I started using norflex, calcium supplement and diclofenac. I feel mild relief because I can't stop my daily hustle to rest while the disc heals. If I dont work in a day, I won't eat or pay bills.
Note that I undergo HIV test almost weekly.

Secretario: Don't give up
If everyone is to list there problem, you will think yours is a blessing.
First, stop taking ciprofloxacin, you are building the bacteria with too much immune, no drug may work again.
Solution : Go to a clinic and Run a test to ascertain the strain of bacteria, what you are doing is blind medication. Check for typhoid, though Cipro should have helped but you abused it.
Second : you are taking too much drugs, you need a lifestyle change and a Ned diet and nutrition regime. I doubt if you take fruit, I don't mean orange juice.
Third, for that ulcer, take a litre of water everyday from tomorrow, water is punishment when you are not thirsty but you need to dilute the HCL in your stomach.
Fourth, for that herniated disc, you need to start pelvic floor exercise and try acupuncture too. Get someone who can massage your back. Change the height of your chair and stop sitting for long.
Five: Your brain may be having a signal problem especially with a nerve and it is sending pain signal as a sort of comfort. Sometimes our neurons send wrong signal. Some people actually find comfort in pain Change your lifestyle again and see a neurologist.
Six: You have to be happy, and be positive. If you add depression to your pain, you will die sooner.
Read this post on depression and solutions Before you think of giving up, remember this about depression
Disclaimer : this is my opinion Lalasticlala, Mynd44 Lovely contribution. Add fervent prayer 2 d above, be hopeful & Believe in God. D rest is celebrations 2 Likes |

@ CrescentMoon, your entire system is supersaturated with a cocktail of every chemicals imaginable.
First off, drain your body of the chemicals. Stay 3 days, no water, no food.
On the night of the 3rd day, drink 3 spoonfuls of Goya Olive Oil and do some breathing exercise for 5 minutes, then take clean water.
On the 4th day, drink about 4 liters of water, but a pint at a time and be on only water till about 12 noon.
After then, proceed with fruits and your normal food.
But you need to change your environment while doing this. Don't stay in the same environment cos somethings are not just ordinary.
Your body will reset automatically. 3 Likes |

AA. Blood group: O I am experiencing similar health challenges as yours. Started 7yrs back while I was training intensively to build a career in sports. Had a little issue and visited a doc who prescribed norflex and cataflam with rest from sporting activities for 2weeks with an appointment after the 2wks. I never went back for the appointment rather I kept self medicating until I started feeling serious back spasm which prompted me to visit a local masseuse. After 2months, it became worse cuz I couldn't walk 200kms without having a full bladder and thirst for water. It took me almost 2yrs before I discovered the muscle relaxant (norflex) had caused a reaction that rendered my muscles weak, affected my immune stytemm. This was after I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis. I know the stress of going to hospital plus the expenses especially appointment fees, and other miscellaneous expenses make u to prefer self medication knowing fully well that ur visit will only end as the last with no permanent solution to ur problem. |

I can relate with every single word you typed. I have gone through worse. Around the same time (2008) I started having pains I thought was ulcer. By 2010 a consultant sent me for upper GI endoscopy, the result showed I had fungal infection in the stomach,so was given dose os fluconazole to take for two weeks and I was back, healthy, being able to eat pepper and drink carbonated drinks I couldn't before. But from 2011 , started noticing tiny tingling and persistent pain on my upper back. Since then the pain kept increasing till it fully settled somewhere around my spine. I have been to private and government hospitals in different cities and the FCT and placed on all kinds of drugs. In fact, it was as a result of the painkillers I took for long that I started having serious gastrointestinal pains that led me to another upper GI endoscopy. Secretario has just given you the best advice ever, the rest is left to you to change your mindset from 'someone destined to die just like that' to 'someone that believes he can conquer'. For emphasis, stop taking drugs without prescription. And those pain killers will do you crazy harm. Just work on your lifestyle, eat well, drink a lot of water. Don't stress your spine, improve your sitting posture and see a physiotherapist. As I am typing now am resting my back on a heap of soft pillows and still feeling the back pain. The most important is pray and trust God for healing. Note: fasting and staying hungry will do you more harm. Wishing you well. 1 Like |
