Im highly disappointed that these "great men of God" are making inciting statements!!! At least all of them are educated, some of them even have universities so they can actually read and have access to curriculum developments and trends in the country!!!

If they can show any Nigerian where the FG has ordered or in anyway with her policies forced students to study Arabic studies, then they have a point; but with baseless claims, its not so good for these reputable men.

If you know the fact that English is widely used to propagate Christianity . The English men that colonised us did envagelised us via english. The Bible was translated from English to our local languages. If we all say it's wrong for boko haram to decline western education then why do you have to decline Arabic language too. Simple Arabic is the most spoken language in Africa even ahead of English and French so we can strengthen our ties economicaly with Arabic speaking countries too. Nigeria is trying to diversify it's diplomatic ties .

the senseless arabic language study is not limited to northerners alone. quran was written in arabic while bible was written in hebrew! why cant we go for hebrew language study instead of arabic language study? anyway, obailala that I know will always defend anything that comes from APC government even if it will affect his households.
