The killer forgot to remove the cigar the deceased was enjoying before leaving the scene. Who stands up, blows up her skull, falls to the ground with the gun and cigarette still in their hand?

Look at the picture again she was sitting when the shot was taken, compare the standing position to sitting on the stool.

Reason :
Even if she was sitting and flexing cigar before a gun suddenly appeared in her hand which she used to kill herself, the fall would've made it impossible for the gun to stay in position like that. It was planted, murder was the case.

Being shot in the head by yourself from the right makes the body recoils back to the left due to the bullet impact and fall towards the left not falling to the same direction as the image has shown

I already proved the murder case on the second comment of this post. and mind you the Gun being held has nothing to justify suicide or murder because most victim still hold unto the gun and that is why you see most murderer try to keep the gun glued to their palm. Holding the gun sometimes depends on the shooter or the impact with another object on their way down.
