some people are not just groomed enough for paypal transactions.

i understand your point that youre claiming that the refunds from her clients caused your paypal to be limited.

thats not a fact cos no one knows for sure.

i once did a fiverr withdrawal for and immediately, my paypal got limited and i still went ahead to pay the guy i withdrew for... till date, im still unable to withdraw the funds even after 180 days.

thats just how it should be...

you should know the risks involved in paypal and be ready for it ... you dont blame anyone when your account gets limited cos even if there wasnt a refund, your account wld still have been limited...

Go and read conversations from beginning. This is not fiverr withdrawal but eBay checkout. If u withdraw from fiverr u av to pay the person. This one is successful eBay checkout DAT was refunded. If u truly u know PayPal which I doubt, u will understand refunds is one of the factors DAT trigger limitations. The account is wat av been using for 2 years. Am been running PayPal biz for over 7 years and I know the in and out of it. I know wat am saying.

Am one of the top PayPal exchangers here and I know how many deals I do daily without issues.
