Hello Guys Why Is MTN Data Exhausting Too Fast This Days, Is This Xenophobia Too by Nobody: 9:06am On Jul 07, 2017
Please Techies in the house why is MTN Data finishing so fast even without browsing, i ended using N5000 airtime to sub Data Plan for daily stuffs and this is really annoying. At a point i thought it was My phone update but nothing was updating.

I called over 9 of My friends and they said its everywhere so i decided to bring on here let Me know... If this persist I will rather go for other network... any better option aside MTN

Did you subscribe for data plan or you use airtime to browse

Sandra really! 5K! and we have GLO with cheap or free data and fast network 4G ... Even airtel is not badt this days, so soon its gona be N150,0000 on Data per month... 5k x 30days... try call there care centre and explain sha

Walai mtn is crap Very Crap 4G thing always zoom of data go for etisalat or GLO

Even glo is very affordable and wont waste cash, how will 5,000 data finish in one day, na senophobia things

Most of you criticize Glo but you just have to admit, they are the GrandMasters of Data in Nigeria.

MTN double charges your data consumption, same with Airtel. That's why they run down so fast. And I am saying this from experience because I have used all three networks to subscribe.

If you need better network coverage with your Glo, go get a Glo 4G sim. It's better than the conventional one.

Nope, you don't. My phone doesn't support 4G and it works perfectly.

The new 4G sim shows up as 'Glo LTE' . That does not mean you are on 4G. To use 4G, your phone must support band 28.

MTN does not double charge.

I use the same 5k for 10 gig sub and it lasts like it should. Sometimes it lasts me even up to a month. And yes, I'm a heavy data user. Plus, I monitor my data consumption.

I have gotten accustomed to MTN and their shenanigans. They have a ploy to always get back whatever bonus they give you through other methods.

If you say they don't double charge,then I can't fault your claim but I still hold fast to my belief that they do because we are talking about MTN here.

They don't surprise me anymore.

my mum isnt on instagram,facebook,snapchat. Shr only uses whatsapp and imo only for calls. Same thing also happend. I use to suscribe 1.5g N1000 and it lasts her one month and will still remain and even get expired until i renew suscription. It isnt like that anymore. Within one week mtn will send sms thay data is remaining 700mb. The next week,it finishes!!! I called customer care and they said it is due to heavy usage!!! She doesnt even use it much!!! I just feel that mtn reduced 1.5g N1000per month to 200mb N1000 per month. They just quietly reduced data but the sale amount still remains the same. It isnt about instagram at all. Customer care will always give u a reason why it got exhausted. Criminals everywhere u go!!!
