Now listen/read this very well. Your happiness/success in life/marital bliss or financial blessings or otherwise do not depend on the visions of another man.

They simply do not have the power to forsee anything. The problem we have in Nigeria is that we have elevated religious clerics to godlike figures.

The White people that brought Christianity to us. How many times have you heard the POPE play the gimmicks Nigerian Pastors do?by seeing visions always?or make predictions?the Catholic church still have the first and oldest bible.

For those in Islam. How many times have you heard there is an ALFA in Mecca?i mean that is their holiest ground. But in Nigeria they seem to want to destroy everybody's happiness.

Never take your relationship/marital or even any personal problem to any pastor,as they will even compound it for you.

Now go back to your girl and love her more.

My Family has a habit of giving names of potential wives/serious girlfriends of sons to pastors for verification when we are getting really serious. I've been dating this girl for 2years now and I really love her as we really click. The amount of advice and help I've gotten from her have been immense. My mum has been asking me to do the name thing for a while now but I actually abstained. I actually decided to play along and try it out few days ago only for the pastor to tell me my girlfriend which has been my No 1 happiness for the past few years is not my Wife. He claimed that my relationship is like an orange - that is beautiful on the outside and rotten on the inside, my star does not allign with her star and that if I go too deep I would be locked and that he is not telling me to breakup with her or anything but I should just watch out and see how everything would play out eventually - that I would one day realise she's not my wife and all that. I am actually very devastated because 1. Most girls that pastor has said some Ish bout that were dating my brothers ended up leaving em eventually and 2. I really love my girlfriend and have been with only her for years now and despite the fact that he didn't say that I should leave her.... the thought of losing her right now is making me feel very weak as I am already so happy and used to her and can't even dream of been with somebody else. Please Advice!!!

I say NO . If God did the choosing, why would there be so many lousy marriages? Though there's nothing wrong in seeking his council but God doesn’t do this for you. God says you make the choice.

Ur pastor isn't God to determine destiny. Have u tried praying seriously abt this. U have d same access to the throne of God as much as ur pastor do. Don't allow any man deprive u or determine d source of ur Happiness. Go to God personally.

you see why I chose to pray to God by my self for my self?..before one day one man of god would destroy my joy in the name of prophecy that God did not even revel to them.

I want you to know that your pastor is not the one getting married here rather is you.you said she is everything you want in a woman.now my question is why thinking of leaving her.remember marriage is the only thing we have the right to choose even your pastor don't have that right to choose for you.
