I will suggest Philippines cos that is the only Asian country with low tuition I studied in India won't advice u to go there fees there should come around 2500$-3000$ depends on the college u want to study

Why not get into a premier institution in Nigeria like unilag or UI. Strive to get a strong first class or second class upper and you can look to going to a world class institution for a masters or a PhD. That money won't get you a degree in any sound university. Not every university abroad is better than what we have in Nigeria.

However, that money can be put into learning professional courses. Computer science is a course where your skillset matters more than degrees. The ball is in your court, play it however you wish.

Don't waste your time, money or resources going to a nonsense school abroad.

Germany does have free tuition. Only in one particular State, is the tuition no more free. And even at that, the fees are not expensive in comparison to UK or the US.

Back to your question, if you truly make that amount of money from blogging alone, forget about travelling. Stay in Nigeria and be your own Boss. Certificates are of no use in the modern world. Some people don't know what it means to live in a foreign Land. With 2.5 million and 200k monthly cash flow, and a decent brain, you have enough to be very rich in 5 - 10 years. Forget about travelling.

Come to Austria. Universities here are tuition free

Biko go to Eastern Europe. Estonia is a good fit, it is the most advanced digital society in the world (according to Wired), and they have a bubbling tech sector. Cost of living is average by European standards, and you can do side-hustle online for keeps.

Be certain that you plan well before leaving sha. 2.5m is just over 6,000 euros. Schooling in Nigeria is very cheap, keyword is very. Anywhere else and the figures would make you cough.

Guy go do research on any viable busiess, school is overated and gettig a job after it is not worth the stress. But if u insist u can try zimbabwe.

University of Pretoria in south Africa has got good world ratings...mayb u should try that...or....
U can add your little more to make it a little over 3M and go to germany...education is free in germany...ur money is for ur up keep for a year which must be seen in ur account befor u are issued a VISA...if u are very lucky..u'll get a job..so u don't have to blow all ur money without making extra

If I were u... I'd Learn coding and programming without school. Who knows you may be the next bill Gates.
