They have the best economy in Europe and thrive better in the Computer/Engineering /Science fields when compared to other European countries. Also bear in mind that in Canada and the US, you definitely need to pay your tuition fee, while in Germany you pay a token (semester fees -usually €200-300) and have the remainder of your money in your account. Factoring your blogging job into this discourse, as well as other opportunities for part time jobs, my brother, you will be fine. I'm currently having my masters here in Germany. Anything Computer related, never try it in Africa - there will always be vacuum in the learning process due to lack of practical and obsolescence of curriculum. It's better you have a practical feel of what you are about to study, especially when applied in real life scenarios. The choice is yours to make, but remember that it can make you or mar you!! it is per year....but i guess masters is just a year or so....so if its masters...that's how you will pay for the degree...if it is just a year....not including accomodation sha

- Computer related, Sehr gut!

- Financial budget is stipulated by the German embassy: open account here and fund it with €8800 for your 1 year expenses; or get a sponsorship letter from a relative/friend/sponsor who is currently working here or a German citizen.

- all cities in Germany are viable when it comes to jobs. But bigger cities will attract bigger pay and have higher cost of living. Koln is a nice city.

- I cannot exhaust all the info you would need for the process. Find and follow the thread here on Nairaland.
